Your needs are complete for a day at the beach with a beach cart filled with chairs, games, bag, towels, and cooler! This house has been completely renovated with an open concept floor plan and newly decorated with upgraded mid-century modern furnishings. It includes Comcast high speed internet and television services for 4 smart TVs as well as an entry electronic keypad.
This newly upgraded spacious kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. These soft closed cabinets are stocked with gourmet pots and pans, stainless steel cooking utensils, multi-cup Keurig coffee machine, dishes and glasses (various sizes and outdoor wear) plus serve ware for 6 people. Also, it includes all the small appliances you would need to make a special cocktail and relax on the hammock outside!
The Master bedroom has beautiful views of the luxurious backyard, includes a king bed and on suite bathroom with marble accents, lots of dresser space, large closet with hangers, hair dryer, towels, and new smart television. The second bedroom includes a queen bed with an extra-large dresser and closet with hangers as well as smart television. It is located next to another large bathroom with shower/bath combination, hairdryer, and towels. All bedrooms include high quality sheets. Extra sheets and blankets are available to meet all needs. There is a bonus space with bunk, one double and one twin beds and a desk as well as smart television. The bonus space is not a bedroom.
The living area/family room has plenty of comfortable seating with smart television. The kitchen table seats 6 people. Plus, there is a breakfast bar with additional seating and bar cart with utensils to celebrate your vacation! Living room and kitchen have surrounding windows for a complete panoramic view especially for those amazing sunsets. Outside the relaxation continues with a comfortable outdoor seating in the front and backyards and a charcoal barbecue.
Other amenities include brand new full size front loader washer and dryer and covered carport with horseshoe driveway.

We loved the location of this home. Not only because it’s located on a canal and very private, but it’s only a two-minute walk to Siesta Key Village. The beach is also a short walk of only 6-7 minutes.The home is gorgeous and very clean. The owners have truly gone out of their way to ensure that anything you want or need is in the home. It’s the small touches that really make you feel welcome and comfortable (i.e., tons of hangers in the closet, fully stocked kitchen accessories, plenty of drawer space). They even supply a wagon and beach accessories to take down to the beach, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. The house has all of the amenities that you will need to make your stay wonderful and relaxing. You’ll never want to leave. We will definitely be back.

The location was wonderful. Easy walk into town and to the beach- very convenient to have everything you need within walking distance. The inside was lovely, clean and comfortable. We loved it so much we already booked our next trip back in April.
