Best of all that coveted SOUTHERN facing pool/lanai! 3 bedrooms (King, Queen & 2 twins) 2 baths (master & shared guest bath) Luxurious Master bedroom opens to the lanai, and has all tiled Ensuite bath with Jacuzzi tub and beautiful double walk through shower. The spacious all tiled gourmet kitchen with granite counters and all new appliances, has large counter and eat in seating, enjoying the pool views.
The outside areas of this villa are stunning and tropical with 100+ water frontage on a wide gulf access canal with new boat dock and tiki hut.
OASIS has an amazing, expansive screened lanai with built in Tiled bar w/ mini fridge to keep those pool drinks cold. Tropical foliage decorates electric heated pool w/ waterfall. ( *electric charges apply). We have added a beautiful hot tub with inset colored lighting , to relax and enjoy the water views and lights on the canal at night. Out huge pool screen provides lots of open screened areas for sunning, lounging and entertaining.
Beautiful outdoor seating is provided with loungers and umbrella table on the spacious pool deck. The spacious covered Lanai features a wonderful corner conversation style seating area, dining tables and is decorated with beautiful tropical Florida decor for the perfect place to relax.
This oversized tropical lot is beautifully landscaped with many palms and tropical foliage with a perfect waterfront setting.
The new boat dock and captain's walk is the perfect area for watching those amazing sunsets at our tiki hut w/ bar stools and seating. Additional dock area is wonderful for fishing or feeding the turtles... even watching the manatee family swim by! We even provide a fire-pit and seating for a relaxing fire on cooler nights by the water, for our guests enjoyment.
Oasis offers TV/Satellite/DVD and Wifi in the Den/TV room. Flat screen TV's are found in all 3 Master and Queen and Twin guest rooms. We have beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for a fun day at the beach.
Cape Escape "OASIS" is located in a quiet well kept neighborhood in a boating community, near many shops and dining on nearby Del Prado. Rent or bring your boat or kayaks and enjoy the miles of canals, or head out into the river and gulf to nearby Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel island. Electric-
Meter for Electric will be read upon entrance and exit. Electric allowance of $35 per week, is included. Any overages to be deducted from the $800 security deposit at $.20 per KWH as verified by the electric company. (We do verify your electric use on a daily basis, and can email you when high overages are occurring, for your convenience.) Add'l overage usage will be deducted from Security Deposit.
* Pool & Hot Tub heat costs are NOT included and will be an additional cost, of $75 per week.. (Based on 85 degree temp.)* Use of Pool heat will significantly increase your electric.
Cancellation Policy:
* Reservations may be cancelled for refund up to 90 days prior to check-in date.
*$800 cancellation fee applies (6 guest Maximum)
* Cancellations for any reason from 90 days prior to check-in are non-refundable. No refunds due to weather, however during a mandatory weather evacuation, we will make every attempt to reschedule your dates.
* Late cancellations, No Shows, late arrivals and early departures will NOT receive a refund.

About the owner: After searching hundreds of gulf access properties, we purchased this beautiful newer luxury villa in 2016. Being originally from Southern California, and now living in the colder Midwest, and running our Arabian horse farm through the cold winters, we really wanted a warm weather getaway place to relax and enjoy for our family. OUr close friends recently relocated to SW Florida, and we fell in love with the area, while visiting them. This led to our decision to search for the perfect property on the water. Our Gorgeous Cape Escape Oasis Villa is perfect for our family and young daughter, to enjoy all the wonderful amenities that SW Florida offers for vacationing. We love the boating lifestyle, and time on the water with family and friends.
Why this property? The stunning entrance and circular drive, spacious tropical landscaping and beautiful canal and dock really took our breath away, from the moment we entered this home.Set on a quiet street, only 20 min. by boat to the river, and in close proximity to all the shopping and dining options along nearby DelPrado, this was the perfect location for our new vacation home. The highly sought after Southern exposure was a big draw for us, and we love relaxing at our Tiki on the dock, enjoying the amazing sunsets on our canal .

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a boat dock for us to rent or bring our own boat?
Yes - though we do keep our own boat stored on the lift, there is plenty of space to moor your boat at our dock in the water. It is only a 20 min boat ride to open water in the Caloosahatchee River.. and on to the gulf of Mexico, Pine Island, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva.
How is check in handled?
We provide you all the info and codes for check in, and have our wonderful local housekeeper/Property Manager available to prepare the home for your arrival.

We are very happy with our stay at Cape escape Oasis. The home is beautifully decorated and located in a very central area of town. Much of our time was spent enjoying the lanai and pool area and in the evening, the Sunset views from the dock were exquisite. Owner and property manager We’re very prompt in responding and resolving to any issues that we had during our stay.
