The spacious all tiled gourmet kitchen with granite counters and all new appliances, has large counter and eat in seating, enjoying the pool views.
The outside areas of this villa are stunning and tropical with 100+ water frontage on a wide gulf access canal with new boat dock and tiki hut.
OASIS has an amazing, expansive screened lanai with built in Tiled bar w/ mini fridge to keep those pool drinks cold. Tropical foliage decorates electric heated pool w/ waterfall. ( *electric charges apply). We have added a beautiful hot tub with inset colored lighting , to relax and enjoy the water views and lights on the canal at night. Out huge pool screen provides lots of open screened areas for sunning, lounging and entertaining.
Beautiful outdoor seating is provided with loungers and umbrella table on the spacious pool deck. The spacious covered Lanai features a wonderful corner conversation style seating area, dining tables and is decorated with beautiful tropical Florida decor for the perfect place to relax.
This oversized tropical lot is beautifully landscaped with many palms and tropical foliage with a perfect waterfront setting.
The new boat dock and captain's walk is the perfect area for watching those amazing sunsets at our tiki hut w/ bar stools and seating. Additional dock area is wonderful for fishing or feeding the turtles... even watching the manatee family swim by! We even provide a fire-pit and seating for a relaxing fire on cooler nights by the water, for our guests enjoyment.
Oasis offers TV/Satellite/DVD and Wifi in the Den/TV room. Flat screen TV's are found in all 3 Master and Queen and Twin guest rooms. We have beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for a fun day at the beach.

Please note house rules:
*The Cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and your last nights linens. Guests are required to launder and put away any linens used during their stay, except for final nights sheets/towels which ar left bundled for housekeeper.
* Gas Grill cleaning is not included in your cleaning fee. Guests MUST be sure to clean the grill after last use, so that it is prepared for incoming guests the next day. Grills left uncleaned will incur the housekeeping charge of $50 deducted from your security deposit.
* ALL furnishings and decor MUST be put back in original positions upon departure. If housekeeper has to rearrange furniture or cannot find certain items, they will be charged to you upon final departure bill. Please be courteous!

Electric-
Electric Meter will be read upon entrance and exit. Partial Electric allowance of $35 per week, is included. Any overages to be deducted from the $800 security deposit at $.20 per KWH as verified by the electric company. (We do verify your electric use on a daily basis, and can email you when high overages are occurring, for your convenience.) Add'l overage usage will be deducted from Security Deposit.
* Pool & Hot Tub heat costs are NOT included and will be an additional cost, of $75 per week.. (Based on 85 degree temp.)
Cancellation Policy:
* Reservations may be cancelled for refund up to 90 days prior to check-in date.
*$800 cancellation fee applies (6 guest Maximum)
* Cancellations for any reason from 90 days prior to check-in are non-refundable. No refunds due to weather, however during a mandatory weather evacuation, we will make every attempt to reschedule your dates.
* Late cancellations, No Shows, late arrivals and early departures will NOT receive a refund.

Our stay at Cape Escape “OASIS” Villa was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful tropical setting, luxurious furnishings, and breathtaking waterfront views. The villa was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing Florida winter getaway.We spent countless hours enjoying the heated pool and hot tub, relaxing under the tiki hut, and taking in the peaceful waterfront scenery. One of the most unique and enjoyable touches was being able to pick fresh bananas, mangoes, and limes right from the property to enjoy in our afternoon cocktails while relaxing under the tiki hut overlooking the canal. The outdoor living spaces truly set this property apart. We especially loved the outdoor living room with its large-screen TV and fire table, which became our favorite gathering spot in the evenings. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals while soaking in the beautiful Florida weather, making every day feel like a luxury resort experience. Another favorite feature was the wonderful fire pit by the water, where we enjoyed relaxing evenings roasting marshmallows and making lasting family memories.Inside, the home was equally impressive. The gourmet kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, the bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the master suite was a true retreat with its luxurious bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub and beautiful walk-through shower. Every detail of the home reflected comfort, quality, and the perfect Florida lifestyle.What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Connie. She was wonderful from start to finish, ensuring that all of our needs were met and making sure our vacation was seamless and enjoyable. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay.Cape Escape “OASIS” exceeded every expectation and provided memories that will last a lifetime. This property was amazing! We were lucky enough to spend a wonderful week here! The home is very beautifully decorated with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to make all meals. Beds were all so comfortable, we slept great! But, the best part is the outdoor space. The lanai is huge! Two tables to use so we could enjoy our meals outside. The pool was big with enough room to put several floats in and relax and enjoy the sunshine! There is also a hot tub that we used to relax before bed! My favorite part is the spacious dock. I loved sitting under the tiki in the morning and drinking my coffee and enjoying the morning sun! I also sat out there in the afternoon and read my book. The breeze was amazing!! The canal views are also amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax!! The hostess was also amazing! She always responded to my emails and messages promptly and was a wealth of information when it comes to the Cape Coral community! This is such a beautiful area of Florida to vacation in and thank goodness we were lucky enough to find this beautiful property! We would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

We are very happy with our stay at Cape escape Oasis. The home is beautifully decorated and located in a very central area of town. Much of our time was spent enjoying the lanai and pool area and in the evening, the Sunset views from the dock were exquisite. Owner and property manager We’re very prompt in responding and resolving to any issues that we had during our stay.

Yes - though we do keep our own boat stored on the lift, there is plenty of space to moor your boat at our dock in the water. It is only a 20 min boat ride to open water in the Caloosahatchee River.. and on to the gulf of Mexico, Pine Island, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva.
We provide you all the info and codes for check in, and have our wonderful local housekeeper/Property Manager available to prepare the home for your arrival.
