the main road of Estero Boulevard. It features a large deck overlooking the pool/canal,
relaxing views of Estero Bay and the canal, a private
heated oversized pool, wireless internet access, and boat
dock with lift and kayak/canoe entry slip. Canoe available for guest use.
This fantastic waterfront getaway is located just down
the street form the gorgeous sugar white sandy beach. Public beach
access is located nearby for easy access to the white sand, cool
blue waters and great Florida sun.
Enjoy a home cooked meal in a fully renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, bar fridge, wine rack, fully stocked and very well equipped
kitchen. Choose to eat at the kitchen counter (seats 3), the dining
area with room to seat ten, or outside on the deck while
enjoying the Bay views.
The relaxing living room has vaulted ceilings, fireplace and fully opening
sliders onto the deck so you can enjoy the weather as well as
the views! A large TV is provided for
your entertainment pleasure.
From the wrap around deck, just descend to relax poolside. Sunbathe
poolside on several lounge chairs, or take a dip in the pool which
can be heated in the winter. Beach towels, beach chairs, and pool
accessories are provided.
Enjoy the comforts of home with three bedrooms and two full
bathrooms and one powder room on main floor. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private large step in shower,
large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and sliders opening
onto the deck. The windows overlook the the canal and garden.
The second bedroom features a king bed, large closet space, ceiling
fan and full ensuite with tub and shower. The third bedroom is located on the loft level and has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and small deck to sit on overlooking the pool and canal area.
All linens and bath towels are provided, as is use of washer and
dryer.
A hot and cold shower is available adjacent to the pool.

and jet skiing, motor scooter rentals, golf/miniature golf, shopping and great restaurants. A short walk or trolley
ride can take you to Times Square, the nearby fun public pier full
of shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. Boat rentals at local
marinas are available or bring your own and enjoy the use of the
boat dock and lift at the house. Nearby locations to visit include
Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and Naples or enjoy local
establishments in the city of Fort Myers. Renting a cabana and
soaking up the sun on the beach is always the best choice!!!!
We are located on the best part of Ft. Myers beach, away from the high-rise hotels and condos, so beach is very quiet. Three of the best restaurants are located at the foot of our street!!

We stayed for the month of March 2025. The online description of the house was accurate. It is very nice! Living area was very comfortable. Kitchen is great and stocked with nice dishes, cooking pans and items needed for cooking and serving. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have two bedrooms with private baths. The rear deck has a table with umbrella that is another nice area to gather around. The pool is refreshing and there are both sun and shade areas for relaxing around the pool throughout the day. The beach is within walking distance, but it’s about a half mile. Great place to stay if you are looking for a place to stay and not be going out every day. The traffic was bad on Estero requiring planning when to go out and when to be back to avoid being stuck in traffic for long periods. Greg

The spacious house was set on a quiet street, but we had quick access to shops and the beach! With our own pool and a canal at the edge of the property there was something for all members of our family. We rented a boat and visited nearby islands and even had dolphins visit our boat as we traveled! The house was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. Would recommend it highly! The pictures for this house don't do it justice. It's beautiful inside and out! The view on the canal is amazing. The pool was perfect. This house has everything you could need for a perfect vacation. We even saw dolphins swimming in the canal! The location was great. Close to a public beach. Walking distance to a great restaurant. The owner, Ian was great with communication before and after our trip. Can't recommend this place enough!

We just got back from a week at the White House with our family of 9! The owner, Ian, was in daily contact making sure our needs were taken care of! The pool was perfect for our grandsons in the late afternoons after spending time at the beach. Although the house was not right on the beach, it was only a 7 minute walk or even shorter drive. We enjoyed the beach in front of Junkanoo and the men in the family had very successful fishing experiences off the beach. We even saw dolphins in the canal in back of the house! Thank you Ian for taking good care of us!

We rented this house for a girls trip/travel baseball for our kids. It was the perfect location on the canal and a short walk to the beach. The pool was very nice and the house had all the amenities needed and also beach chairs and supplies. We even saw a manatee and dolphins in the canal. We will definitely be back!

Robert H.White House was Perfect
We just spend a week at the White House and everything was perfect for us, we looked at other properties with less bedrooms for about the same price but the 6 of us fit perfectly in 3 bedroom, 3 baths. A bonus was the pool in the backyard on the canal, an evening float was perfect after dinner. A 2nd bonus was the dock, we brought our own center console to explore Sanibel and Captiva. The house was very clean, had a grill for our cookout and a full kitchen with everything we needed. Thank you Ian, we had a great time and will let you know when we are int he area again.
