****When you rent, be sure and check your location on Fort Myers Beach. This unit is within walking distance of all the main shops, restaurants, and bars.***
From your PRIVATE balcony over the beach, you have a 220-degree view and can enjoy morning coffee in your pajamas, watch the dolphins swim by, and watch the pelicans dive for breakfast. We tried to equip this unit with everything we would want.
Both the living room and the bedroom have large spacious views of the beach. The bedroom has a king-size bed with quality linens and an assortment of pillows.
Beach towels, chairs, floats, coolers, and umbrellas are provided for your enjoyment on the beach.
If you need to do laundry we have provided a rolling laundry cart if needed. Coin laundry facilities $3 wash and $3 dry are next to the pool and boast a big picture window with views of the pool and beach.
There is Free Parking.
Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Island Trolley runs the length of the island and stops directly in front of Estero Beach Club. You do not need a car to enjoy all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. Estero Beach Club has bike racks and a bike rental shop is two blocks away.
Our beach condo accommodates two adults over 25 years.

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations after 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable but if we are able to re-rent the condo, then we are happy to provide a full refund.
Other refund requests are made on a case-by-case basis.

$500 cleaning fee will be billed to guests who bring pets into or smoke in the condo. Estero Beach Club has a no smoking and no pets policy.

This is paid directly to the rental office and is nonrefundable.
After your reservation is confirmed, the onsite rental manager will contact you and make arrangements for payment of this fee and submission of the Rental Agreement. Arrival instructions will be emailed one week prior to your vacation by the office.
Tropical Storm and Hurricane Cancellation Policy:
The official season for tropical storms and hurricanes in Southwest Florida is June 1 - November 30 with the most damaging storms historically occurring in September. In order to avoid misunderstandings with guests who choose to vacation during this time, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. If you decide to cancel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your vacation.
If there is a tropical storm or hurricane, a refund will be given if:
1. The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" which encompasses this vacation rental and/or
2. A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of the permanent residence of the vacationing guest.
The day that authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area as described above, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to begin during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
Unique Benefits
Beachfront, on the Beach, Over the Beach. Private balcony with a view that is one of the best on Ft. Myers Beach. You can sit on the balcony and listen to the sound of the waves and watch many types of birds as the dive for fish. The anhinga or snake bird acts a lot like a duck, but swims underwater for their food. Look for brown pelicans that dive beak first with a huge splash to catch their prey. Sea gulls are everywhere each trying to steel each others food. The graceful osprey circles above the water ready to dive for their catch. These are just a few of the birds you will see. Just about every day you see dolphin swimming by and the occasional manatee.

Why Kids Love It
Sorry, this condo is not suitable for children. Couples, friends, and especially honeymooners are welcome! We do not accommodate extra adult guests as our beachfront condo sleeps two adults.
Estero Beach Club (2580 Estero Boulevard) has the best location on the beach. It is one mile South of the Fort Myers Beach pier, Times Square shopping and entertainment area and the high bridge to the island. The condo is walking distance to several restaurants, live entertainment and shops, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a relaxing getaway.
Fort Myers Beach is ideally located for the many attractions of Southwest Florida. It is only a 30 minute drive from the shell-rich beaches of Sanibel and the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. Corkscrew Swamp, Lovers Key State Park, Naples and the Everglades are just south of Fort Myers Beach. The Key West Shuttle, a high speed ferry, makes regular trips to the Keys and leaves from Fort Myers Beach. Golf courses abound in the area as do boat rentals.

I had a great, relaxing time at this awesome condo! It far exceeded my expectations! It is very well decorated, super clean and well appointed. The rooms are spacious, plenty of room everywhere. The condo complex is quiet and clean, with a friendly staff. This is such a fabulous location on the beach. The balcony has the very best view on the beach, outstanding really. The white sand beaches are my favorite, and the long walks were fantastic! I appreciate having the beach chairs too. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, which is greatly appreciated. Steve and Bev care so much about their guests, they thought of everything to make a stay perfect! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Steve and Bev for sharing such a wonderful place.

We had a great time at this condo. It was very well decorated, clean and even color coordinated. Rooms were plenty big for two people, the bathroom was slightly small but I would rather have larger living areas and a smaller bathroom. The condo complex is quiet, clean, friendly staff and great location on the beach. The sand is super soft and pool is great after a day on the beach or if too windy for the beach.We cooked breakfast in our condo 302 every morning and had everything we needed, it was well stocked and items were clean and new. Steve and Bev left some paper towels, coffee pods, dishwasher & dish soap and even some foil and Saran Wrap which was appreciated when we had leftovers.Balcony had the best view, you could see all the way up and down the beach. Very peaceful and great for eating breakfast on.Steve was very responsive to issues. The AC was out when we arrived and he had someone in to look at it right away. Unfortunately it needed a part that they couldn’t get right away. Steve drove over from 20 minutes away at 9:30 on a Saturday night to bring us a portable AC for the bedroom! He cares about his guests and wants you to have the best time.We’ll… the AC part didn’t arrive so we had no AC the entire week. It was a little warm but for us it wasn’t terrible and did NOT distract us from having a great time. And without me asking Steve gave me a very generous refund to compensate for no AC.I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thanks Steve and Bev for sharing your lovely condo.

We love the way the kitchen has been remodeled. The entire condo is comfy with light seaside relaxing decor. This was our second stay and we booked for next year 2023 too. Great location for walking to shops and the pier. Fantastic views from the 3rd floor balcony! The beach is soft sand and great for shelling at low tide. The pool area is nice, clean and well kept. Lynne N.Great Gulf-front condo for being spoiled
My husband and I had stayed at Estero Beach Club the previous year, but had a two bedroom since there was family with us. This year we stayed in Steve's one bedroom, literally overlooking the beach, since it was just us. We already knew that we loved the area, the condo and its gorgeous pool and beach access, and it was easy to become even more spoiled in this condo. The color scheme is beautiful, and the living room furniture and bed were very comfortable. I loved waking up and immediately looking out at the Gulf from the bedroom window, followed by enjoying breakfast on the balcony and a couple of sunrises, as well as the picturesque sunsets that we viewed from the balcony, or from the beach itself. Steve was very friendly and communication ahead of our stay was good. We will definitely return!

We had a great vacation stay at EBC-302. The location is great, close to plenty of shops and restaurants, but in a less busy area. The condo was nicely remodeled, nicely decorated, and furnished with everything you could need, including beach chairs and an umbrella. We really enjoyed the balcony and the comfortable balcony furniture. Great views of the beach and the gulf. Liked the fact that the balcony was not screened in. It was fun watching the action at the beach and we saw dolphins several times right out in front. The pool and hot tub were nice to relax at. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Well furnished with beach umbrealla and chairs. great for air travllers who cant bring all that. Tami D.Perfect getaway vacation for two!
This was quite possibly our best experience EVER renting a condo for spring vacation. Steve and Beverly gave excellent instructions for finding the place (we had a late arrival) and all of the many things to do and see nearby...we flew in and took an Uber over to Steve and Beverly’s newly remodeled, absolutely amazing condo...we got around on bikes from the bike rental across the street. We took bikes to restaurants, to historical sites, the grocery store, shopping, ice-cream, the pier, wherever we decided to easy! We enjoyed warm sunny days at the beach right outside our condo and at the pool (water was a perfect temp) and hot tub was great after the beach! Not to mention, the condo patio deck itself was a perfect relaxation oasis! The views from our room were incredible and private...no large crowds, but enough people to chat and say hello to! Dolphins and birds were enjoyable to watch from our balcony with a glass of wine. Cinnamon rolls were the best from Mom’s in the morning and drinks and food were so good everywhere we went. The condo itself was gorgeous! Everything we needed was there...from lovely hand soap to an extra phone charger...they thought of every thing! Beach towels, chairs, an umbrella...and all clean and new! We felt like guests, rather than renters! We are certainly hoping to return to this very special place!

We recently stayed in newly renovated unit 302 at Estero Beach Club and it could not have been any nicer. The amenities were perfect and the views sitting on the deck were even better. Dolphins right in front of us every morning. The owners of the condo were so easy to work with and responded to questions we had within minutes. We will definitely be back in the future.

The condo was fantastic and is was beautifully redone. We were very comfortable there. We really liked the backpack beach chairs, easy to carry. Also the third floor balcony offered fabulous views - high enough - but not too much to use the stairs. Also located close enough to walk to the pier but far enough away from the crowds down there. The weather was perfect! We would love to stay in this condo again but Feb is already booked for next year, but we will definately return. Thank you!

We enjoy coming to this condo, have been down for the past three years. The space itself is good for two people, but the fixtures and furniture could use updates as they are pretty outdated. Only concern is the bedroom does get warm when the door is closed at night, even with ceiling fan running. Favorite part is the unobstructed corner view of the ocean! Looking forward to coming back next year.
