Fully furnished kitchen. Bath and bed linens furnished. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, etc. available for use. Condo is oriented toward Indian River with the very best sunset views. From balcony, view is of the river looking over to Harbour Branch, and of the state park wilderness area next door.
Quietest place on the beach. Beach is about a 3 minute walk. Beachfront is the walkover with shower and there is also a thatch roof pavilion for beach side picnics.
On site are two heated pools as well as a hot tub. Community building has exercise equipment along with tables and chairs for inside pool snacks. Also huge assortment of books. Two restrooms with sauna.
Marina clubhouse is also available. Typically owners and tenants have weekly pot luck dinners here.
Very friendly place. Winter tenants tend to return year after year and build lasting relationships with others.
Condo also overlooks private marina. Owner also has a boat slip available for additional fee. If interested just inquire.

Fun on the beach. Beach toys included. Two pools. Fishing. Wildlife watching. Boat watching. Lots of trails and docks to explore. Marine museums.
This area is part of the Treasure Coast, so named because of all the supposed sunken ships off shore. Supposedly a lot of treasure that has not been found. Quiet area of the beach, but short drive to either Ft. Pierce or Vero Beach. Both have great dining, shopping and entertainment.
Beach is extremely quiet and is a favorite for turtles to lay their eggs. Multiple nests can be identified during the nesting season.
Many area parks with miles upon miles of walking paths. Unbelievable wildlife including bobcats and bald eagles.
Nearby are the Navy Seal Museum, Harbour Branch Oceanographic Institute-a part of Florida Atlantic University, multiple beach front state parks, St. Lucie County Aquarium-Smithsonian Marine Ecosystems Exhibit, live theatre, music venues, shopping, and so much more.

The view is spectacular from here. Outside the den, facing the Indian River, is a beautiful sunset to be enjoyed each evening. The patio has a total of 4 chairs available for enjoying your morning view of various birds along with a cup of coffee and evening sunsets with a glass of wine. The kitchen and twin bedroom offer a view of the ocean right across the road with a traffic light to let you cross safely. The king sized bedroom offers 2 bedside tables along with a 6 drawer dresser and large closet. The bath is a stand up shower. The twin bedroom offers 2 twins along with a 6 drawer dresser and closet and a full bath with tub just outside the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances. The den has a new tv along with internet service. The furnishings in the entire unit are very tasteful and in excellent condition. This location is away from traffic noise. The development offers 2 heated pools, a hot tub, pickleball courts, morning exercise group and a club house.
