Located directly on the white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach, this two-bedroom, two-bath, 12th floor unit has fantastic Gulf views.
Upon entering the unit, you will see the laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and is equipped with major appliances and plenty of counter space. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats four. The living room has large windows with amazing Gulf views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, including two small sleeper sofas.
Relax and enjoy the view or dine outdoors on the private balcony overlooking the swimming pools and Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf front master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, fabulous views and balcony access. The master bath features a large garden tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares the hall bath with the living area. This 1,100 square foot condo sleeps six people.
On site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.

Beverly L.Spectacular Condo Poor Management Company
This condo was beautifully decorated with beach decor. Many little details showed care was taken to make this place special for its guests. We were disappointed that chairs and umbrellas were not included with the room but realized after a day that they were complimentary on the beach anyway. This may not be the case during busy seasons. The building as a whole was well kept, quiet and more than adequate for a restful beach vacation. The pools and hot tub were comfortable and the Gulf water was a very pleasant 83 degrees. No problems with hurricane Milton. The management company on the other hand was lacking in several ways. The codes to the entance gate, front and back entrance to the building codes and the gate code from the beach didn't work! We had to wait for some else to come along and open them for us or use their code to let us in. This was very frustrating! We had no kleenex in the condo and common items like sugar, oil, spices, trash bags and beach towels were not available. It felt stripped down rather than welcoming. Our group rented 16 condos in Emerald Isle so we were able to make comparisons and our condo was the least supplied.
