There is also a bedroom with a king bed and twin bunks which has a private bath and private balcony. The third bedroom on this level has a king bed and shares a bath with the living area. The top floor of the home has a large master bedroom with king bed, daybed with trundle and a queen sleeper sofa with a Gulf facing sun deck. The master bath has an over-sized shower, soaking tub, two vanities, private toilet area and small private balcony.
All the decking has been completely replaced and adds even more luxury and style to this amazing home!
The owner has also provided a ping pong table, foosball, basketball game, and cornhole! Enjoy cooking out on the gas grill too. A new pergola and outdoor living space have been added. This includes an outdoor shower as well. The home also has all new paint! Both garages are available and provide the perfect protection for your vehicles from the elements.
