Gorgeous 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home with incredible landscaping and decor'! Just across a narrow residential road take an easy 60 steps to the white sandy beaches that wash into the emerald gulf coast waters.
Two beach paths make this trip with kiddos and beach items in hand, an easy and fun jaunt back and forth from the house to the beach. Just a short walk to nearby restaurants and shopping too!
This upscale, newly refurbished beach home is the perfect family getaway. With wide open spaces and contemporary beach decor' you'll experience the beach life in style. The house has travertine floors, quartzite countertops, custom cabinets and so much more.
Downstairs has two bedrooms. A large Master Suite with King bed, flat screen TV, and private full bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate garden tub. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with a 1/2 bath just a few steps away. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. A very large Master Suite with flat screen TV, a Queen bed and twin daybed (not shown in the pictures yet but new pictures showing the daybed coming soon). It also offers a deck area with amazing views of the gulf! The forth bedroom has two twins. Between the two bedrooms is a very large sized bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances and a separate bar area with a wine and beer fridge. Enjoy large family dinners at the dining room table or family game night. The living room has a large sectional sofa to stretch out on and 65" flat screen TV for watching your favorite movie or sports team play! Also has a Sonos surround sound system.
Just off of the kitchen, through a set of beautiful french doors, is the most magnificent outdoor space you've ever seen! A fully enclosed, professionally landscaped garden, comes with plenty of seating for everyone and is the perfect place for entertaining. Gather the family around and cook out in the large outdoor kitchen that has a stainless steel, built in gas grill and a large smoker/grill. From the backyard cook to the most talented chef the cooking options are endless. Enjoy early morning coffee and a bagel or a large dinner on the dining table that seats up to 8 people comfortably. This outdoor space is incredible and will quickly become your favorite place in the house!
After a long, fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with cooper rain-head and hot or cold water.

We recently had the most wonderful stay at this property. The house is in beautiful condition and decorated so tastefully. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living areas welcomed visiting and entertaining. We spent many nights around the large kitchen island cooking and telling stories. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things that you need to prepare and serve meals for your group. All of the beds were comfortable and furnished with high-quality pillows and bedding. The property included a beautiful pool and plenty of space for yard games and grilling. In addition this property is located just steps from the bay and a quick walk to the beach . I can’t wait to come back!
