This home has everything, it is only a few minutes to shopping, restaurants, the beach, the water park, and wild life preserves; while being located in a quiet family neighborhood.
The great room has areas for TV, curling up with a good book or playing cards.
The master suite has a king size bed, walk in shower, large closet and a flat screen TV.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is set with twin beds.
The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
A kitchen with all that is needed for the family cook and outside is a gas grill for the grill master in the family completes the picture.
In the laundry alcove you will find a large front loading washer and dryer.
There is garage parking for two cars.

Cape Coral is a growing city with something for everyone and is rated one of the safest cities in America. One of the biggest attractions is the Southwest Florida Beaches. Within a short dive are the wonderful beaches at Ft. Myer Beach, Sanibei and Capitiva Island. There is also a beautiful, clean, sandy little beach and fishing Pier only a few miles from Kanalhaus, in the Yacht Club Area of Cape Coral.
Visiting Matlacha and Pine Island is a must with great places to eat and where little colorful shops abound.
Close by you will find great shopping, Restaurants, Bars and Taverns.
There is also the Sun Splash Water Park, Mike’s Arcade, Go Carts, Batting Cages , Carnival Rides, Fishing, multiple Golf courses, and boat rental all within easy reach of The Kanalhaus.

Just across the Caloosahatchee River Is Fort Myers a city with many great things to do and see
On the must visit list to Fort Myers is the Ford and Edison Homes and Museums, and Fleamasters Fleamarket a huge fleamarket that you can buy anything from a car to Bamboo sheets. You can certainly spend a whole day there.
Cape Coral is right in the middle of subtropical Southwest Florida. An hours drive south is Naples
And a little over an hours drive north is Venice. This central location makes it great for Day trips.
While you’re here take in a play or a concert. There are some very nice venues in both Cape Coral and Fort Myers. In the spring there is Major League Baseball Spring Training for the Twins and the Red Sox in the area.
