In addition to the rental rate, guests must register at The Club which is a private membership. The Club will issue a temporary membership and Daily Resort Fee that covers ALL guests staying in the condo.

Nov 1 thru May 31 $250 Registration fee plus $60 Daily Resort Fees plus tax per day
For guests staying 30 days or longer, a flat fee of $1500

Tracey C.Naples Bay Cottages a home away from home
Myself and my family stayed at the Naples Bay Cottages (Naples Bay Resort and Club) for 7 nights towards the end of July 2026. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and enjoy it so much with all it has to offer. We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that overlooked the pools. An excellent unit that was well decorated with everything you would expect. The unit was clean / spotless. A kitchen that had not only a coffee maker, but also a K cup machine as well. Even a washer and dryer in the unit so you can pack even lighter on a trip. The sitting area was great with an excellent tv and huge sofa to relax after a day in the sun. The lanai / balcony is a great spot to sit and enjoy the view of all the wonderful palm trees and beautiful landscaping around the property. Always started the day with coffee on the lanai / balcony. You will not find a property that has so much to offer when in Naples. The Naples Bay Club is an amenity that no other property has in my opinion. Three pools, a poolside bar with poolside service for food and drinks, a full service gym / fitness center, spa, locker room facilities, tennis, etc. We had lunch poolside each day and they prepare an excellent grouper sandwich! With all the amenities that Naples Bay Club has, it allows everyone to do something if people separate to do different things. People can be at the pool, or play tennis, or workout in the gym or enjoy the spa. This property is also walking distance from many locations that are close by. You can walk to the marina, or walk to tin city, or even downtown shops and restaurants. If you like more of a walking experience, you can even do a couple miles and walk to the beach. The property has a shuttle via van or golf cart that will take you to some locations in the area upon request, as well as at designated times. A great amenity if you do not want to walk or drive. Finally, working and planning with Alina is a pleasure. Alina and team provides detailed instructions and makes everything so smooth so that you do not have to guess about anything. Alina is also available should you need anything during your stay. This is the second time working with Alina for a vacation and it is very easy to work with her. I always enjoy staying at Naples Bay Cottages, hate to leave when it’s time to go, and would recommend this property to my friends, family and anyone who are looking to go to Naples.

Stayed for a week at the Naples Bay Cottages (Naples Bay Resort & club), and it was the second time myself and my family vacationed on this property. Everything was excellent and we enjoy this place so much. Our unit was well decorated and had everything we needed and more. We love having a condo with so much room, a full kitchen as well as a great lanai / balcony to enjoy the outside.The club with all the amenities is something you will not find anywhere else. Multiple pools, a fitness center that is a full service gym, spa, locker room facilities, tennis, etc. The outdoor poolside food and beverage service is great. We had lunch by the pool each day. They make an excellent grouper sandwich. The staff are so nice and attentive.This is a great property for families, especially when people want to do different things. Someone can be at the pool, someone can go work out in the gym, go to the spa, or just relax on the lanai / balcony.From this property you can walk to many places. You can walk to the marina, you can walk to tin city, as well as 5th Ave shops and dining. If you are looking for a walking workout you can even walk all the way to the beach. The property has a shuttle via van or golf cart to take you to many places if you want as well. Very convenient luxury if you do f want to walk or drive.Finally, working with Alina is a pleasure. As stated, it is the second time I have worked with her for our vacation location and everything is so smooth and she is always available if you need something.When in Naples this property makes you feel like you are at home. I always enjoy staying here.

Chris H.Fantastic Condo with Pool Access
We have been staying with Alina for 6+ years and have never been let down! The condo is clean, spacious, well equipped with towels, toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, you name it! My kids beg each year to go back down and spend time in Naples because they love the location so much. Super closer to restaurants and the beach, but also the pool is the HIT! Lazy river, waterfall, kid friendly and adult only pool. The pool has a full bar/ restaurant, towel service etc., It is top notch and makes us feel luxurious. It is the closest to all inclusive you can get but still have the freedom of a condo, with a car that can get you access to the beach and all the fabulous restaurants of Naples.

Amazing place with every amenity available including shampoos, sunblock, spices, etc. very clean and nicely furnished! Wonderful and attentive host!!! Picks up the phone and knows every detail about this condo. Beautiful resort pools! Easy check in and out! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Yes, the Daily Resort Fee will cover up to 6 guest in the condo.
The Beach is 1.5 miles away , straight down 5th Avenue. The Hotel also has a Free Shuttle that takes you to The Pier every hour on the hour.
