Rates for January - March 2024 are $869 a Night plus 12% Tourist Tax and Exit Cleaning.

In addition to the rental rate, guests must register at The Club which is a private membership. The Club will issue a temporary membership and Daily Resort Fee that covers ALL guests staying in the condo.
May 1 thru October 31 $100 plus $45 Daily Resort Fees plus tax
Nov 1 thru April 30, $200 fee plus $55 Daily Resort Fees plus tax per day
For guests staying 30 days or longer, a flat fee of $1200 applies.
This gives you complete access to all pools, sauna, steam room, locker room, towel service, pool chairs, gym, Tennis, shuttle to 5th Avenue and Pier beach, and Members Lounge Dining.

The condo was in great shape, recently updated. The owner Alina, was very accomodating. anything we needed she acted quickly and was great to deal with. we loved it so much we are coming back in 2024 to the same unit

Beautiful place, so tastefully decorated. Owner, Alina, is just the sweetest lady, too! Resort was fantastic! We spent a lot of time in the lazy river. The gym is top notch, too.

Amazing place with every amenity available including shampoos, sunblock, spices, etc. very clean and nicely furnished! Wonderful and attentive host!!! Picks up the phone and knows every detail about this condo. Beautiful resort pools! Easy check in and out! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Yes, the $50 Daily Resort Fee will cover up to 6 guest in the condo.
The Beach is 1.5 miles away , straight down 5th Avenue. The Hotel also has a Free Shuttle that takes you to The Pier every hour on the hour.
