Our Island is
One (1) bedroom (This unit can be rented as a one bedroom for up to two persons or both bedrooms for 3-4 persons), 4 persons max in this unit. This Suite is an impressive (850 sq. ft.) on the ground floor overlooking the shared pool, hot tub area and social fire pit area. It has recently been professionally and comfortably decorated with new furnishings and décor for your comfort, you will sink into the King size bed with bed linens found only in 5 start hotels, complete with Hotel Collection Bedding. We promise you one of the best night’s sleeps you will ever have away from home.
The rooms are decorated in fresh neutral hues and each room is a retreat you will look forward to at the end of a day on the beach. The bedroom and living room has a sliding french doors which opens up to the pool/ hot tub and the kitchen french doors opens to a screened in lanai, with both ends open the breeze will gently whisp you to sleep each night.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for entertainment. Making your stay in the “Sunset” one you’ll remember for years. We have a lemon and lime tree that are a treat for specialty drinks, cocktails and cooking when they are in season.
The bathroom is a spa like retreat with a large walk in shower and waist height custom cabinets for comfort.
Washer/Dryer in unit for your convenience
Extras include Barbeque grill and beach towels for your use while you stay with us. Getting around town: if you have not rented a car. NO PROBLEM. We have a trolley service that picks you up and carries you anywhere on the island for a nominal charge. February weekly rate is 2650.00 per week for two guests. Max of 4 guests allowed in the unit.
Holidays and Special Events are at high season nightly rates.
Rates listed are for two persons only. Max allowed is 4 Persons. No extra beds or roll outs are available. Extra person charge is 75.00 per person per night plus tax using only the existing beds. Each unit has a King size bed and a section sofa but it is not a pull out bed.
Pets are considered, rates for pets are for 20Lbs and under and must be approved prior to bringing. Any pet unregistered will be charged 350.00 and if breed is restricted you will be asked to leave without refund or board your pet at a pet facility. NO EXEPTIONS.

Great location, plenty of parking, clean, modern ans well equipped rental. Rhonda was very helpful and accommodating. The condo had everything we needed and all shiny and new! Beautiful beach 5 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again!

Yes there is a pool, hot tub and social fire pit areas all are in the common areas and shared by my units.
