A refreshment center contains two wine and beverage coolers. As night falls, the remote-control operated Luminette window treatments create privacy when needed.
The large master suite has a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet with safe and a luxurious bathroom with a separate shower and designer stand-alone tub. The largest guest suite has a king-sized bed and spa-like bathroom, and the smaller guest room with two twin beds is situated next to the third bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs. A separate den contains a desk and lounge chair, with pocket doors for privacy.
The attached garage is where you will find beach gear and two bicycles (please bring your own helmets). Beautiful Delnor-Wiggins state park and beach is 4 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike, or a 20-minute walk. By boat you can quickly reach the Gulf through Wiggins Pass or boat the back bay as far north as Ft. Myers. Restaurants on Vanderbilt Beach just a short distance away include the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort and Baleens at the LaPlaya Beach Resort.
The Mercato shopping and entertainment center is a 7-minute drive. Artis Naples/Baker Museum, Waterside Shops, the Venetian Village are all within a 15-minute drive. Beautiful downtown Old Naples and 5th Avenue is a 22-minute drive. Hiking, strolling, and trail riding can be easily accessed through CREW Bird Rookery, Audubon Corkscrew Sanctuary, and many more national and state preserves nearby.

The photos of the house are wonderful, but the house is actually MORE lovely than the photos can depict. It is beautifully and comfortably furnished, and thoughtfully laid out so that the guestrooms are all in separate wings of the house. The office is a great plus, as so many of our guests able to work a bit “from home” during their visit. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with cooking equipment, serving pieces, dishes, linens, etc. We hosted Thanksgiving for 18 people and did not need to bring anything in to cook and serve the meal. There is a separate wine cooler and an ice machine which both come in very handy. The outdoor space is so wonderful, between the pool, the hot tub, the large deck and of course the kayaks we basically never left the house. The beach is only about 10 minutes by bicycle, and touring the neighborhood by bike is really fun. You can bike to the Ritz-Carlton or the Turtle Club for lunch and enjoy the afternoon at the beach, then bike back. There is a Whole Foods and a Publix supermarket about 5 minutes down the road, so the location is just perfect in my opinion. The owners were very helpful with fixing minor issues quickly (as well as a major one, the hot tub stopped working but was fixed within about 24 hours). I am looking forward to renting the house again.

What a wonderful house. Thanks so much to Dee Dee and Marc for opening up their lovely home for us. We all loved the pool and hot tub; light airy feel to the house; going out on the Kayaks; family movie night on the couch; working out to our live gym class on the deck; breakfast every morning on the patio; cocktails by the pool in the evening; our 4 mile running loop; cruising the neighborhood on our bikes with our young children and feeling super safe doing so, the State Park….
