The unit includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate six people. The Master contains a queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The Den/third bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa.
The Master bath has 2 sinks, a large vanity, a walk -in closet and shower. The second bathroom has a single sink and a tub/shower.
The unit includes a full size washer and dryer, a fully operational kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave.
It overlooks a lake with a fountain, and is right across the street from the pool. Tennis courts are included in the development. The courts have also been modified to include two pickle ball courts.
The master bathroom has been completely remodeled. The second bathroom was remodeled in the fall of 2024 to match the master bathroom.
This condo easily acts as your home away from home. We have traveled the world and used that experience to furbish the condo with all the right touches to make a stay truly comfortable and unforgettable.

This condo is an end unit located on the second floor. As such, it includes vaulted ceilings that only units on the second floor have. Also since it is an end unit it includes a third bedroom. Interior units do not have a third bedroom.
The condo is located in North Naples, west of 41 near multiple beaches and golf courses. Mercato, a shopping and dining area is located just 3 miles away. Fifth Avenue South can be reached in only 15 minutes.
The Wiggins area in North Naples is a much sought after location for those looking to escape winter and enjoy all that Naples has to offer.

Loved staying here. Nice location overlooking a pond. Very close to the lakehouse (workout facility). Also close to the front gate which we appreciated. Easier to get to Charleston and Fresh Market shopping area. House was so clean and well appointed. Could not have asked for more. One thing that we did not appreciate was the required mask at the pool. We were in the pool area and were notified that we had to put our masks on even though we were seated. This rule naturally cleared the entire pool area.

Spacious comfortable condo. Owner Mike is easy to work and communicate with. Community is friendly and within 5 miles of great beaches. Had a great month in sunny Naples! Unit is conveniently across from one of two pools in condo complex.
