This condo has it all! The room of this condo is awesome! Never felt like everyone was on top of each other., plenty of seating. Beds were comfortable, looking for one like it for my home! Convenience is top notch, 1st floor, parking in front of unit crossover right there and beach service! Couldn’t have asked for better ! Can’t wait for next year!

The condo was fine. We really like the flooring. It was easy to keep up. Furniture was in good shape. Not worn out!! If they could improve they should add bars in the shower for older people to get in and out of shower. Also, some of the windows need replacing.

Our family of 7 stayed here in June 2023. We have 4 children ages 4 to 19 and the area couldn't have been any better to stay at. The bridge to walk to the beach was literally steps away, ground level condo with parking right outside of the door. WE had plenty of room for our family. Would stay here again and again.

first floor condo, easy access for my 87 year old mother. Beach access is a few steps from the door. Stunning views, beach chair and umbrella service. Nicely furnished, comfortable. No beach towels, bring them or buy them.

Our condo was great! So beautiful and clean! I had a small accident and broke my ankle and spent the last few days in bed. However I could lay in bed and watch my kiddos in the ocean and playing on the beach. They would hold up every shell and crab for me to see! We couldn’t have picked a better place for our rental ️ I’m already looking at dates for next summer! It was perfect

My husband and I just spent a week in this beautiful condo. Its location is perfect. Even though it’s a first-floor unit, you have spectacular views from both the living/kitchen area and the master bedroom. The balcony hosts taller chairs which makes the view even better. You can park at the front door, which makes unpacking and packing more convenient.The master bedroom bed is comfortable and the room is spacious with its own bathroom and a sofa that makes a bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed and is near the hall bathroom so that each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a full-size washer and dryer for laundering convenience. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes enough for more than the nine people that the unit will accommodate. There is a playpen if you have a baby. Lots of towels, etc. No carpet.The aesthetics were perfect for us. Love the beachy colors and the style. Everything was updated and in perfect condition. Two beach chairs and umbrella on the beach were also included. Although I took my own coffee, the coffee in the unit was even the brand I use at home. Lol. We will definitely rent again.

It was an amazing week. The condo was pristine and recently renovated..... it was lovely. The view from the balcony was also amazing! The pool was heated at 85 degrees. Thus was perfect. The apartment was 2 miles from the aquarium and many restaurants.My only regret was the thin walls that separated apartments. The tenants above were busy into the morning hours. If I had been able to sleep well I would have given it 5/5. Otherwise a tremendous apartment! Thank you so much.

I just stayed in this beautiful, newly renovated condo with my husband and three kids in August 2020. We loved that it was just a few steps from the beach and on the first floor (no elevators) which made it easy for us to go back and forth to the condo throughout the day especially with our young kids. The parking was super close to the condo so we were just steps away from the door when unloading our luggage. The owners were super easy to work with and their recent updates to the unit were beautiful! Already booked to return next year!
