The 1,600 square foot, GROUND floor, end unit coach home with southwestern exposure was completely renovated and decorated in Sept 2019! Amazing open concept layout with master at one end and two other bedrooms at the other end to enable privacy. Two lanais provide optimal exposure to the East and West! Main lanai off Great Room faces southwest to enjoy the sunset . Another lanai off the kitchen allows you to enjoy your coffee and breakfast in the morning with eastern exposure.
Beautifully decorated with gorgeous white sofas in the Great Room, two 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart TVs (Master and Great Room), glass dining room table, gorgeous desk in den/3rd bedroom, comfy lanai furniture set, French Bistro kitchen table/chairs, four bar stools, white Master Bedroom set, 500 thread count cotton sheets and high end duvets…
Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has high end, queen blow up bed with duvet cover. Another queen blow up bed is available.
Carlton Lakes has many amenities including 4 Har Tru tennis courts with night play, huge main pool and Jacuzzi, gym, local pool, bocce ball courts, basketball nets, jungle gym for kids and a clubhouse with lots of programming including tennis, water aerobics, games... ! In addition, there are great areas for walks, bike rides, rollerblades etc. We also have two new bikes to explore our Gated Community!
Carlton Lakes is the Best Spot in Naples! One of the best beaches in the US is just 5 min down the road; Grocery stores like Oakes Farms, Publix, Walmart, Target are all within a two minute drive; Restaurants, shopping and Mercato are practically right outside your door. An amazing dog park is two mins away at Veterans Park... And, you have great arteries like Livingston Road and 75 nearby to get you to all the great attractions in the area quickly without having to sit in traffic on 41!
Our Happy Place has high speed internet, movie channels, beach chairs and umbrella, two bikes…

We love that it feels like your own house with lots of privacy. It is beautifully renovated! You will love the bamboo floors throughout, new stainless appliances, granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms, large walk in closet with built ins, updated bathroom, two huge 4K TVs... The 3rd bedroom/den is set up as an office but we have high end blow up queen bed that is more comfortable than a pull out couch to help with additional guests. We decorated out Happy Place with lots of wonderful artwork too!

About the owner: Larry Jeremias, J Capital Partners, lives in Naples, Fl and Toronto, Canada. I have been coming to Naples to escape the cold for 30 plus years! I reached a certain age and decided to spend more time in the paradise that is Naples. All work and no play... I am an investment banker. So, I took the plunge after a great deal of looking over MANY years.
I am an avid tennis player, golfer, boater, beach goer, shopper, eater... You get the picture. I love the beach, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and my dog, Buddy, a cute cockapoo. I love to take him to dog beach and the dog park about mile away.

I stayed at this location with my wife in December for 3.5 weeks and we miss it already, great location and pet friendly. Super friendly neighbors and a safe gated community. Walking distance to Seed To Table market where the you will find anything you need fresh and gourmet food. Close to everything you need publix, walmart beaches etc… Definitely a location I will visit again and highly recommend. Thanks again Larry for a wonderful vacation .
