Located in the highly sought after community of Crystal Beach in Destin Florida this home sits just 2 short block to the powdery sugar sand and teal blue waters of the Emerald Coast. Take your pick of walking, driving, or biking to the beach or any of the shops, restaurants, or vendors all within half of mile of the house! Or take the FREE 6 passenger GOLF CART ($700+ value) included with the home!
Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall are all within a few miles. Each of these locations offer numerous options for the entire family, to include: exceptional shopping/retail stores, restaurants galore, movie theaters, amazing bowling alley, candy/ice cream shops, and a splash pad/playground your kids will surely love!
While at rest, you can relax in our first home completely renovated in 2016 that now features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, updated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, and a spacious outdoor shower—always offering a refreshing end to a day at the beach! The interior of our home is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings that lends a cozy, cottage feel. Sleeps 6 guests.
The second home is BRAND NEW this year and features 4 bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms with two porches overlooking the brand new private heated salt water swimming pool on property for our guests use.
Home 1 & 2, will be rented together as a 7BED/6.5 BATH home.

The Master Bedroom is complete with a queen pillow top mattress and a new bathroom with double vanities and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #2 is complete with a queen pillow top mattress and access to the second bathroom with a brand new beautiful white subway tiled shower.
Bedroom #3 has two twin built in beds with pillow top mattresses and a little reading or play nook for your little ones! This bedroom also has access to the second bathroom with the shower.
The updated Kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful stone counter tops. A custom built farmhouse dining table with chairs.

The Den has a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD Player. We have a comfy couch and chairs for lounging after a long day in the sun!

The den features a large flat screen TV and the dining room will seat 8-12 guests, plus more seating on the patio by the pool!

Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods.

The standard rate is based upon an occupancy total of 16 guests. If your guest total is greater than 16 people, there is a $100 fee for each person over 3 years old.
Cancellation Policy: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 60 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 60 days of the check in date.

We really enjoyed this property with two families. (4 adults / 7 kids). The weather in Destin is usually 50/50 so this heated pool really made this trip! That and the provided golf cart. You can get to so many places on the carts. Although we were 3 blocks away from the beach, it was faster and more convenient to go to the beach on the carts. There’s a parking spot at the end of tarpon street that’s free. And the beach is right across.

The two homes were perfect for our large group. It gave us plenty of space to spread out. We had a small issue with the bbq grill and the Aubrey got back with us immediately and came up with a solution so our supper wasnt ruined. He did an amazing job about staying in contact with us. Diamonds in the Sand was the perfect spot for our extended family vacation. The two houses were well stocked, clean and welcoming. We loved the pool, especially at night with the colored lights. The location is fantastic, everything you need is either a golf cart or short car ride away. We were very sorry to leave, but left with wonderful memories and big smiles.

This property is unique in that it is actually two houses on one property. It was perfect for us since we were traveling with a group of 16 including noisy teenagers and infants that needed a quiet place. The carriage house allowed quiet time for the babies while the rest could enjoy laughter without worrying about noise. The pool between the houses with the perfect gathering place for all of us to enjoy each other! Super close to the beach and the golf cart made getting there a breeze. Our house were amazing and even helped us find a chef to cook for us while we were there. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great vacation. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time in Destin! Diamonds in the sand was very beautiful and had a rustic touch! We felt very at home! We had everything we needed, very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the lights at night we gorgeous. Very friendly owners and property manager. Very easy to book and we will definitely be returning!

This home was so clean and well-stocked. We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We loved that that the beach was so close. We had a family of 18 and the two homes allowed us to be together around the centralized pool, but have separate time when needed. We were comfortable and the one level front house was perfect for my elderly dad who can't manage steps. We will definitely return again and again!
