A full renovation was completed in Fall 2021 and used for just one year prior to Hurricane Ian in Fall 2022. This is one of few condos at Estero Beach Club with double sinks and an expanded primary bathroom. This property has new bathrooms, a new kitchen with KitchenAid appliances, microwave drawer, and all new bakeware, cookware, glassware, utensils and supplies. It also features high quality mattresses, custom furniture and crisp white hotel quality linens. There are new beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella and every room has high speed WIFI, premium cable with DVR capability and a Smart TV. Paper products, trash bags, dish soap, kitchen spices and a work space with wireless printer/office supplies are provided. A keyless entry system provides security and convenience.

You will love this top 5th floor beachfront condominium on Fort Myers Beach with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. With windows in every room and a panoramic beach view, enjoy being just steps from the beach and directly above the heated beachfront pool and jacuzzi. In 30 seconds you are at the pool or beach with no long corridors to drag your beach gear through because the Estero Beach Club beach building is right on the sand. Listen to the waves from every room, overlook the pool and watch incredible sunsets from the generous top floor lanai.

This condo is great for two couples or a group of friends because you can see each other and make snack or drink requests from the pool up to the lanai. It is very convenient and you will enjoy the privacy that this top floor location provides.

Note to Parents: Estero Beach Club does not allow swimming diapers or young children who are not toilet trained in the pool. The Club is well maintained and is more suitable for adult guests and families with older children. This condo accommodates children 10+ years of age.

Kitchen: Sunny, fully stocked kitchen with KitchenAid appliances including a range, stove, sink with window, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave drawer. All kitchen supplies are new and replaced often. Small appliances include a Keurig, traditional coffee pot, espresso machine, blender, air fryer, food processor, four slot toaster, crockpot, and hand mixer. Paper towels and garbage bags are included.

Living Room: Comfortable sofa with pullout sofa, a custom electric reclining chair and an accent chair. Watch the game or the waves through the full wall of windows looking out over the Gulf of Mexico on the 65" LG OLED Smart HDTV with premium Xfinity cable services, upgraded high speed WIFI and DVR capability in all rooms.

Primary Bedroom: Wake up to the tops of palm trees and spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from your king sized bed. The primary bedroom boasts a huge picture window with A BIG TIME VIEW and room darkening drapes. The generous walk-in closet with new felt hangers and a floor to ceiling built-in wardrobe provide lots of storage. You will love your private entrance to the lanai and the wall mounted 43” Smart HDTV with Xfinity premium cable, DVR capability and ROKU.

Primary Bathroom: Private ensuite bathroom with a custom tile walk-in shower and a new double sink vanity. High quality white towels and starter toiletries are provided. Toilet tissue is included for your full stay.

Second Bedroom: A new queen bed with crisp white sheets, a large window facing east for sunny mornings and views of the sunrise, room darkening drapes, a spacious closet, two three drawer chests and a 40" wall mounted Smart TV with premium cable, DVR capability. This bedroom is located next to the guest bathroom for easy access.

Second Bathroom: New walk-in custom tile shower and single vanity. Toilet tissue is included for your full stay.

Office: This office space was added in 2021 and offers a WIFI printer, basic office supplies, a chair and 55" of workspace for convenient remote working and learning. Ethernet cable and access is also provided.

Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise through the large East facing windows in the dining room and kitchen. Later, enjoy a glass of wine as you listen to seagulls and waves while you watch the sunset from the private West facing lanai. The new remote controlled hurricane shutters offer optional privacy and protection from storms that may blow in from the Gulf. The private locker next to the front door/elevator contains beach accessories, a beach cart, a rolling cooler, beach umbrellas/sand auger, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand castle supplies and noodles for the heated beachfront pool. New oversized beach towels and four beach totes are provided. Just bring your sunscreen and swimsuit and leave the rest to us!

You won’t miss the game – or anything else - with three Smart TV's plus premium cable TV, 200+ channels and DVR capability in every room. If you must do work on your vacation, you will appreciate the complimentary upgraded “Blast” WIFI and the new home office workspace with built in cabinetry for flex work schedules and online studies.

Laundry facilities are directly below the condo next to the pool and boast a big picture window with views of the pool and beach. Doing laundry never looked so good! The elevator is located just outside the condo and is ten steps to the laundry facilities and then ten more to the entrance of the heated beachside pool and jacuzzi.

There is one reserved parking space. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the Island Trolley (75 Cents) and the Island Tram (Free) runs the length of the island and stops near Estero Beach Club. You do not need a car to enjoy all that Fort Myers Beach has to offer. The Club has bike racks and two bike rental shops are a few blocks away.

This beach condo accommodates four guests.
Primary renter must be over 25 years old.
All guests must be listed on the Estero Beach Club Registration Agreement.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations after 60 days prior arrival are non-refundable but if we are able to re-rent the condo, then we are happy to provide a full refund.
Other refund requests are made on a case by case basis.

Estero Beach Club has a no smoking and no pets policy.
Owners are allergic to smoke and pets.
A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke, vape or bring a pet into the condo.
This property is perfect for guests with allergies because no pets or smoke are permitted nor have ever been permitted in this property.

This is paid directly to the rental office and submitted with your signed Rental Agreement.
Arrival instructions will be emailed the week prior to your vacation. This will include a parking pass + private secure keyless entry code.

Guests often say this property and Estero Beach Club exceed expectations. As a result, many of our guests make the following year’s reservation before checking out. The Club does its best to offer priority to returning guests which helps maintain the intimate feel of this boutique resort.

Tropical Storm and Hurricane Cancellation Policy:
The official season for tropical storms and hurricanes in Southwest Florida is June 1 - November 30, with the most damaging storms historically occurring in September as witnessed with Irma in 2017, Ian in 2022 and Helene in 2024. To avoid misunderstandings, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. We expect all guests to purchase travel insurance, especially when traveling during or immediately following the storm season. Tropical storms and hurricanes are impossible to predict so guests should protect themselves by purchasing insurance. Pricing is lower during these months to account for this additional expense. The cancellation policy applies to uncontrollable weather events including tropical storms and hurricanes. This policy is consistent with Vrbo and Airbnb. If you choose to cancel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your vacation.

Unique Benefits

Estero Beach Club offers an upscale, boutique experience in a perfect location. It is the closest beachfront condominium complex to Times Square with a beachfront pool. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel like it has its own private beach. This top floor condo takes up one entire section of the building and has windows on all sides which makes it very light and sunny throughout the day. You can see the sunrise in the morning from the kitchen, dining room and guest bedroom and then watch the sunset over the Gulf in the evening from the lanai and master bedroom.

Pre-Arrival Tip:
Publix and Aldi grocery stores deliver directly to this condo! Set up your account, place your order, and schedule delivery before you arrive. Someone else will do your shopping and deliver right to your front door at your specified time. Target, Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Sam's Club, Best Buy, Office Max, and others are also available with this service. This is a terrific option when all you really want to do is hit the beach! Why Kids Love It

Note to Parents: This property accommodates children ages 10+. Estero Beach Club does not allow any type of incontinence wear including swim diapers in the pool. No adults or children with such issues are permitted in the pool which includes infants.

Kids love the beach and Fort Myers Beach is a family friendly area with many activities. The water park and recreation area is just across the street. We provide beach toys and chairs, a beach wagon, a beach umbrella/sand auger, beach towels and games in the condo for your enjoyment. Having a view of the pool from the condo's lanai is convenient, especially for parents wanting to check on older children below. Running up to the condo from the pool is very easy for bathroom breaks, naps or to grab a snack!

If you are looking for a couples only beach vacation, we also own condo #203 in the same beachfront building. It is an elegant 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo and we rent to many honeymooners and adults celebrating anniversaries or other special occasions. Florida Rentals #4688.

Area Information

The location of Estero Beach Club is perfect. The beach in front of the condo is quiet, yet we can easily walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. One of our favorite things to do is walk two minutes on the beach to Diamond Head Resort for lunch and leave our flip flops and towels behind. We do not need shoes because we sit at tables right on the sand.

Thomas Edison had a laboratory and Winter home in Fort Myers. Henry Ford's Winter home was next door to Edison's place. There is also a museum there and these places are easy to find - it's a "straight shot" in to Fort Myers (about 15 miles).
