Welcome to our Seaside Villa Cape Landing. This vacation home in Cape Coral not only impresses with its quiet location.
The west-facing, electrically heated pool is ideal for watching the sunset and swimming a few laps. There is also an outdoor shower and direct access to one of the bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. For the safety of children, there is a fold-up pool fence.
Of course, there is also a cozy outdoor area with a gas grill and comfortable seating.
Inside the Seaside Villa Cape Landing, you will find everything you need for a perfect Florida vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser, spices, blender, coffee maker and everything you need for a barbecue.
The living area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and comfortable seating.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is equipped with a king-size bed, Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels) and direct access to the pool area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, two sinks and a separate toilet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and TV channels).
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and shares a bathroom with the first guest room.
Beach towels and a cool box are available for trips to the beach. The garage offers space for vehicles and can of course be used. Three bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area (e.g. tennis courts nearby).

Prices per night, after the 2nd guest each additional guest 15$/night in low season. High season different.
Cleaning fee $300, Electricity charge $18/night, management fee 5,0% of rental price
Children up to 6 years are free of charge! Please do not specify the number of children under 6 years when booking. Maximum occupancy of the house may still not be exceeded. Only specify in the written rental contract.
All cost types includes 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax!

House was great… had everything we needed and more…(super comfortable beds for one!)….a couple very minor issues were handled ASAP by Florian, the property manager. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything…Publix for one which is always a good thing… but also very close to several great restaurants as well as the bridge over to Ft Myers … we would most definitely stay there again !
