The sliding glass doors open to the large lanai with a view off an edgeless pool & spa, dining area with outdoor kitchen and large sundeck what allows you to kick back and relax on the sun-chaises so you can enjoy a day by the pool and the Florida sun or an unforgettable Florida sunsets. There are three bedrooms all with king-size beds own bathroom, walk-in closets and flat-screen HD TV. Two bedrooms with excess to the Lanai and pool area for the morning swim and one separate master away from everything for quietness

90 days - 60 days before arrival 50% of the rental price
from 59 days up to 30 days before arrival, 75% of the rental price
29 days before arrival or „No-Show" 100% of the rental price

Such an amazing and beautiful villa with the biggest sliding glass doors! We arrived and the house and pool area was pristine! The villa is equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The office was perfect for my husband. The villa is energy efficient which was a nice surprise. We spent most of our evenings on the Lanai enjoying the sunset and ambient lighting in the pool and along the palm trees. It was truly breathtaking. The location of the home is well situated. Close to shopping, beaches and a park. We took daily walks down the street to Rotary park. The nature trails are secluded and peaceful. Petra, the property manager is wonderful and took care of us like we were family. She was informative and helpful with any questions we had and went above and beyond making sure we were happy. It was a pleasure working with her! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t to go back.

Villa Atlantic was perfect!!! It was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our stay. All household items were of excellent quality. The pool and Spa worked as expected. The home is of executive quality throughout. The lanai area has palm trees that gave shade throughout the afternoon and night accent lighting that gave a wonder feel to the area. All the beds were king beds and had adjoining baths. Petra the property manager went above and beyond making sure everything for our stay was outstanding.

A perfect home for 1, 2 or 3 couples traveling to Florida to relax. This house was incredibly clean and inviting. The bedrooms are very comfortable and beautyful with a large TV. Everything needed for cooking onsite. Awesome location (grocery store, restaurants, pizza and bars in a short distance). The patio/pool area was amazing with an outdoor grilling area and fridge. Gorgeous sunsets and a delightful pool! Not one issue throughout our weeks stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We stay every year in Cape Coral and had always a villa similar the villa Atlantic. But this house was the cleanest house we ever had in Cape Coral. We will come back surely in 2021.
