1114 SW 31st Terrace. Great place. Very clean and well kept. On a channel. Near WalMart, Publix, Moose Lodge, Eco Park, Brotherhood of Veterans Memorial Museum, Westin for the Tiki boat tour. Which was so much fun and relaxing. This house is very conveniently located for getting a round Cape Coral. Very quite neighborhood. Met Jeff the individual who owns the house. Very nice person.
