Still Waters was built in 2019 and hosts a 4 bedroom main house w/extra queen bed in tower and a 2 bedroom guesthouse, complete with a private pool (heated in cooler months), kids play floor, and a quick walk to the beach walkover 2 houses away! The property is perfect for multiple families providing ample room to spread out featuring 2 Living Rooms, 2 Full Kitchens, 5 full baths, 2 half baths and Children's play floor!
Professionally decorated home with 10' ceilings on the main floor sets up the perfect backdrop to the upscale decor. 2 gourmet, fully stocked kitchens awaits the chef in you. A large double, front porch is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the mornings, while greeting neighbors as they stroll by. The upscale guesthouse features a Living Room "window wall" overlooking the beautiful outdoor living space. 90% of our bookings are multi generational families creating fun memories that last a lifetime.
PLEASE NOTE: Please include in your inquiry the names and ages of all guests. We do not accept school or college spring break groups, athletic teams, bachelor/bachelorette or wedding parties.
Beach service is provided March thru October. Service includes 4 cushioned. wooden chaise lounges w/2 umbrellas daily and 8 wooden beach chairs with umbrellas setup daily! Additional aluminum beach chairs and floats are also available for a fun day at the Carillon's large, uncrowded beach. Bicycle rental is available in downtown Carillon.
Please note: Exterior cameras are in use on all exterior doors and driveway including the pool door. Minimum age to book this property is 30, Non smoking only, Animals not permitted due to severe owner allergies.
Still Waters is located steps from Beach Walkover #3, which is the only walkover in the neighborhood to have two full bathrooms. The bells of Carillon can be heard providing beautiful tunes on the hour.

*Note - Still Waters has 51' of driveway space which allows for 3 average sized cars/SUVs with the 4th vehicle parking in front of the home. Vehicles in Carillon Beach are only permitted in front of, or in the driveway of, the property they own and/or rent with only 1vehicle permitted in front of the home. If you rent a golf cart, it will count as your 4th vehicle.

By far … this was a fabulous week at a beautiful home, pool and carriage house at StillWater .The minute we arrived , our family just smiled . The location , furniture , appliances , towels were just perfect ! A lovely pool that was clean , safe and enjoyable ! A two minute walk to a beach that was private complete with lovely beach chairs sets up for our family each day !!!We enjoyed our walks to get ice cream , and dinner one night . Great bikes were also provided in the front yard .Everyone in our family loved this home and week !!! Thank you once again!

Still Waters lacks nothing for your stay. Bring only your preferred food and drink. The main house and guest house are fully, and thoughtfully, furnished with new appliances, glassware, dishware and flatware, pots pans and utensils of nearly every description, and ample starter supplies of essentials, including coffee, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and toilet paper. Both houses are immaculately clean throughout, and the towels and bed linens - and the beds themselves - are luxurious and comparable to what you would find in a 5-Star hotel. The shallow, safe, heated pool is a perfect amenity for young children, and beach access is less than 100 yards down the street. The Owner has also arranged for four benches and eight chairs with umbrellas to be positioned on the beach each day for the exclusive use of Still Waters' renters; this was a most-welcome amenity (recently added for the off-season as well as for the high season). What a pleasure to sit comfortably on the beach and NOT have to lug chairs and umbrellas back and forth. She also furnished six fat-tired bicycles for leisurely peddling around the subdivision. TV and internet service are excellent; plenty of streaming services are available. Last, but certainly not least, the Owner is welcoming and responsive to your questions or requests. Over the years, I have rented four different houses in this development and visited others; Still Waters is indisputably, and far and away, the best.

Still Waters was the perfect vacation rental for our 7 adults and 7 kids. The upstairs playroom was fully stocked with games and where all the kids ended up every night. The property was gorgeous and equipped with everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back in the future. Kim was so great to work with and so hospitable.

We enjoyed our visit to Carillon and staying at Still Waters went beyond our expectations! The photos online are exactly like the beautiful house however there are many extra touches... Everything you need in the kitchen to cook, supplies in the bathrooms to get you started, wonderful Turkish towels for the pool or beach, puzzles and games upstairs for kids, Alexas in the main room and Master bedroom, pool toys, beach chairs ,... I could go on... The owner doesn’t miss a thing! They want your visit to be perfect and believe me- it is! The pool is the perfect size and can be heated too! We loved the decor and wouldn’t have changed a thing! Lastly, the location of the house to the beach is only a short walk! You don’t need a golf cart but we rented one anyways because the kids loved riding around in it every evening. We definitely will be renting this house again! We made many many great memories with our kids and our grandkids and it was a blast! You will enjoy it too!

Still Waters is absolutely gorgeous and was a welcome treat for our family when Covid restrictions were lifted. It is beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed to cook and stay in to relax. It is a very short distance to the beach walk over and very convenient. We really enjoyed the small beautiful pool to cool off that was right outside the kitchen and the shared guest house. The guest house is amazing and decorated just as beautiful. Our family loved it. There is an alarm that sounds each time the kitchen door is open that quickly reminds you there is a door ajar coming out to the pool. You will definitely want to remember to hit the “ off” button each time kitchen door is opened or you will get the reminder alarm immediately. The owners were so nice and welcoming and anxious to make sure our stay was perfect! It was tthe perfect place for our family and we would love to stay again!
