This young, freshly painted ( 2024 ), two bedroom unit has a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Corian countertop, raised panel cabinetry, and a convenient separate dining area. The living room has tile flooring, on the diagonal, and the serenely picturesque view. Throughout the entire unit you'll find attractive fans and lighting. The two bedrooms received new carpeting this past summer ( 2024 ). There is a lanai, with a dining set for breakfast, lunch or dinner, overlooking a pond and the immaculate and enjoyable HB golf course. Wifi and cable TV are provided.
The master bedroom has 2 closets (one is a walk-in), private bathroom and oversized walk-in shower, and is tastefully furnished with a king bedroom set. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a bath tub/shower combination, with laundry facilities in unit. All bedding and towels are provided.
There is an ample storage area directly outside the unit where you will find 2 bikes, beach chairs, and tennis rackets for your enjoyment. Covered parking is in front of the building,
The 27,000 sq. ft. modern Clubhouse has all the bells and whistles. One can find either fine or casual dining, an exercise and aerobic room, billiard room, library, meeting rooms, etc. The active tennis center has seven lighted Har-Tru courts and pickle ball courts. There's a beautiful resort style pool with a very attractive Cabana Restaurant and beverage bar. Additionally, there are six community pools throughout this immaculate Heritage Bay complex.
A 15 minute drive takes you to Vanderbilt Beach, one of several "open to the public" Naples beaches, which are impeccably maintained, and very user-friendly.
Fifth Avenue and 10th Street are where you can find excellent dining and shopping options. Truly - Naples has EVERYTHING you'd want for an extended warm temperature vacation!

Area Information

Delnor/Wiggins Pass Beach and State Park( see video link) is 8 miles away. Vanderbilt Beach is the nearest town/city beach and is 9 miles away. It is one of southwest Florida's most beautiful sugar sand beaches, with miles of sandy coastline and very user-friendly parking. The Naples Pier is certainly worth a visit, especially at dusk, to watch the exquisite sunsets. Naples is renowned for its innumerable restaurants, offering all types of cuisine.
The shopping and nightlife on 5th Avenue, 3rd Street and at Mercado are not to be missed.
All sorts of water activities are available to the Naples visitor, from boat rentals to scuba diving and snorkeling, it's all here.
Marco Island with its beautiful beaches, known for shelling, is 30 minutes away.
The new JetBlue Ballpark, winter home of the Boston Red Sox, is 15 minutes away. The Minnesota Twins also have their spring training site in nearby Fort Myers.
The Casino at Immokalee, offering both slots and table games, is an easy 20 minute drive.
The Everglades are a very short drive away. And dozens of golf courses await your play.
