This Gulf View home features a spacious screened in porch with outdoor dining and comfortable seating that is wonderful for enjoying the view during the day and relax and dine in the evening. This home is not directly on the beach, but because of it’s location, and the short walk to the convenient boardwalk; it feels like it's "on the beach".

*The deck is such a lovely place to be that you won’t want to come inside, but when you do, you will enjoy the open floor plan with the living area and plenty of comfortable seating, including reclining leather sofas. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen perfect for meal preparation and dining; all with a view and perfect for a large family.

*Two Queen Guest rooms with a shared bath and include space for the washer and dryer, are on this main level.

* The stairway leads to a loft that has second living space to relax with a desk and a futon/sofa that would provide extra sleeping space. The king Master bedroom is on this upper level that also has a queen bed in it that can work well for a family. There is a spacious full bath on this level as well.

*Outside on the ground level is an outdoor hot/cold water shower for rinsing off after your time on the beach, a Gas grill, Fish cleaning table, a covered car port and plenty of parking, locked storage area for your beach equipment, and even another full bathroom. There is also room for boat and trailer parking.
