Our unit has been completely remodeled and the view of the ocean is visible from EVERY window. Our home away from home has everything you need.
Ft. Myers Beach is known for it's sunsets and the view from our living room is amazing. Glass doors open all the way across the lanai exposing an unobstructed view of the ocean. The master suite has it's own private patio door for your enjoyment.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Both bedrooms have new king beds and new furniture. Each have flat screen TV's. The master suite has a private bath with double sink bowls and a walk in closet complete with drawers.
The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and new lighting. Double doors off the kitchen open to a full laundry room.

The Sandarac building is across the street from Santini Plaza.
The gulf front pool is heated for your enjoyment. SeaDoo's and Cabanas are available for rent right on our beach.
Estero Island is 7 miles long and is walk-able beach-side or street-side from one end to the other.

Enjoyed a month-long stay in this lovely beach front condo. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our hosts thought of everything!! The only disappointment was that the weather, many days, was overcast and the temperatures for the month were below normal. However, that didn’t stop us from walking the beach every day, biking, sight-seeing, enjoy several art festivals in Cape Coral and Naples, and partaking in the fresh seafood the area has to offer. Thank you for allowing us to rent your “little slice of heaven” – we very much appreciated the break from our Wisconsin winter.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the view from the liane is stunning!!! Everything you would need is supplied in the condo. Walking distance to so much! Santini mall and LOTS of restaurants! None of them disappoint. The owners are very easy to work with and want to make sure everyone’s stay is perfect. I highly recommend!!!!!!

We spent January in this lovely condo. It has been renovated to the highest quality standards and with exquisite taste. Everything in it, from the most comfortable bed to the nicest bathrooms, including the wonderful modern kitchen, were there for our enjoyment. The roomy porch with its spectacular view and comfy furniture, allowed us to spend many pleasant times outside, sipping a martini and watching the unforgettable sunsets. Meeting the owners at the end of our stay was delightful. We found them concerned and pleasant people, down to earth and friendly. All in all we had a wonderful experience that we intend to repeat.

This condo was spacious, newly renovated and decorated to the highest standards. The owners / landlords were gracious, accessible, and attentive on ensuring we had a great experience with no detail overlooked.Located on the top (9th) floor of the complex, the condo had an unobstructed 180 degree view of the widest white sand beach on Fort Meyers Beach. The lanai has a west exposure for sun sets and is close enough to the ocean to hear the waves.It is located in a clean and well maintained complex with covered parking, community barbecue grill and covered bicycle storage. Another bonus was access to fast elevators minimizing wait and travel time to the ninth floor. It is also walking distance to the Santini Plaza, CVS and Pinchers Tiki Bar. After staying at many different condos over the last twelve years for our annual winter break, we look forward to returning to this condo for years to come.
