Private pool (hot tub) heating is an additional $40 per day plus tax if you need(must order for your whole stay).
BBQ grill is an additional $60 plus tax for your stay,Guests are responsible to refill the propane if the propane tank is empty and clean the grill after use.
Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If booking date is within 45 days, the full payment is due once booking is confirmed.
Cancellation policy:
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.If full payment is not paid at the time of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

We had a wonderful first family vacation experience, house was perfect and accommodate all of us. Enjoy all the aminities that was provided which was memorable. Our grandson thoroughly enjoy the pool after all the walking he still wanted to jump back in at night. We were impress the closeness and convenient to the attractions, restaurants and malls. Would go back to the house and recommend to friends and family Thank you for a magical experience!

I took a group of high school seniors on the VWT COLLEGE TOUR 2018, Orlando Florida. We stayed at this Villa, it was AWESOME! It’s beautiful and accommodating. Nestled conveniently right in the middle of where we needed to be. Communication with the Property Manager was quite efficient and enjoyable. We had a slight issue and a repairman came within an hour. I would definitely suggest this home to anyone looking for a nice rental property during their stay in Orlando.
