BBQ grill is an additional $60 to use for your stay,Guests are responsible to refill the propane if the tank is empty and clean the grill after use.

We spent a great week in this home with our extended family. Tons of rooms and bathrooms and a nice big kitchen. Private pool and community water park were great for the kids. Location was convenient. We took short trips to Disney Parks and Seaworld and a little further to a Tampa Bay Lightning game. Definitely recommend!

I was a little skeptical however, Me and my family had a wonderful Thanksgiving getaway at this location. The rooms were wonderful, the pool was great and the sunrise was phenomenal. The host were responsive and respectful! Would stay again.

Ebony O.A Weekend To Remember
I must admit I was a bit skeptical about the whole house rental thing. I opened the door and to my surprise everything was just as the link provided prior to the stay.Each room decorated with a warm and cozy feel. The house was clean and spacious. Each one of my guest kept going on and on about how beautiful the house was. One day we didn't even leave the house because between the game room and the pool we stayed busy. I would hands down recommend this property to anyone. The management and owner were the absolute best with customer service and am very thankful for the experience which allowed me to make memories with my family and friends.
