This beautiful villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral offers you on 2260 sqft space for 8 people It is the newest part of the city and there are mostly new houses there.
There are 3 bedrooms in this villa (all kingsize). The Master suite has direct pool access.There is an additional sofa bed in the office. Please book this villa only if you do not need 4 full size bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. At the kitchen bar you can also have a small breakfast or a snack.
The spacious living area and the comfortable sofas invite you to watch TV together. A CD player and DVD player are also at your disposal.

From the dining area you reach the beautiful roofed terrace area with 6 seats. Plan an extensive BBQ with friends, on the gas grill you can grill delicious steaks and enjoy the view of the pool. The pool is heated and also offers sun loungers where you can relax with a cool drink and forget the daily routine

For this villa you can rent a boat, even if it has no jetty. We have a jetty in the Yacht Club area and at the Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you rented, and in the evening you can park your moore it on the lift.

Cape Coral is a waterway dream.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
