Once Upon a Tide

Once Upon a Tide is beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3- 1/2 bath home that will sleep 10. There is plenty of space (2500 square feet) to accommodate a large group yet cozy enough to have a memorable family retreat.
It's a short 144 steps to the emerald waters of the Gulf with its' white sand beach. There are 2 spacious decks and a private pool surrounded by a beautiful patio. You can enjoy dinner and watch the sunset from the deck on the main floor or enjoy the more private, quiet deck on the second level off the 2 king bedrooms. Both decks overlook the private pool.

*The main living area is large and open with plenty of comfortable seating and HDTV. The dining area has a beautiful large table that seats 6 and a large island with 4 additional chairs to accommodate 10 for dining. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plenty of counter and storage space and all of the amenities you would expect in a high-quality home.
*There is a queen bedroom on the main floor with a desk and a full bath.

*The second level has one master king bedroom suite with a full bath direct access to a large deck with comfortable seating to enjoy some quiet time in the morning or anytime you need a break.
*There is a second king bedroom on this level with access to the deck and shares a bathroom with a 4th bedroom that has 2 full-size (double beds) bunks.

*The ground level has a spacious second living room area with HDTV, that is directly off the private pool area. (Optional heat) A convenient beverage cooler, ice machine and bathroom/laundry room is right off the beach/pool/patio area.
*There is an outdoor hot/cold shower, plenty of parking, and a gas and Weber grill in the pool area.
