It's just a few steps to the emerald waters of the Gulf with its' white sand beach. You can watch the sunrise from the large bedroom windows on the Bay and enjoy the sunset from the spacious decks and screened-in porch on the Gulf side.

The open living room, with 2 separate seating areas, dining room, and kitchen provide the perfect gathering place. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

There is a queen bedroom on the main floor with full bath. The third level has a master king bedroom with full bath including a Jacuzzi tub and oversized shower and a King bedroom with a full bath. The top floor has a bedroom with 2 twin over full bunk beds, a full bath and a separate room with a daybed.

There is plenty of parking, a grill, picnic table, beach chairs, and an outdoor shower, and elevator.
Recently upgraded, this property glistens with charm and all the extras that make visiting the beach a breeze.
