Coast Away, built in 2016, is a raised ranch home with all of the bedrooms and living space on a single level. The layout offers all of the benefits of a home with multiple levels, minus the challenges of additional stairs. It mixes an amazing view, spacious gathering areas, and easy access to all living areas.
*The main level includes a roomy kitchen, dining area and family room. The dining table seats 6, with seating for 3 more at the kitchen island. The kitchen is loaded with prep and serving amenities as well as stainless appliances including range, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side fridge with ice-maker.
*The room is spacious and airy with vaulted ceilings, and opens to a large, screened porch and deck. There is a king master suite; a queen guest room, and another guest room with two twin beds. These guest rooms share a bath, and each have TV’s.
*On the ground floor there is parking for up to 5 cars; an outdoor shower and a fish cleaning bench and sink.
You have only a short walk to the water's edge where the shells are plentiful and the fishing can’t be beat!
