Minimum age requirement for rental – 25 (NO STUDENT GROUPS!)
Heated Pool – $5000 per week. $70 per day in off season
12% Lodging Taxes are extra.
Maid fees are included.
To reserve advance dates and lock in current rental rates, if the arrival period is greater than six (6) months away, a signed rental agreement and a $500 non-refundable reservation fee are required.

Our family of 13 had a great time at the house. So much to do inside and outside the home. The game room was such a hit for all. Having the chair service at the beach was so nice and we were not crowded like the others on the beach. The heated pool was nice and warm after a long bike ride. We had a blast!

We had 8 adults and 5 children who enjoyed the house. There was so much to do with having the pool, hot tub and all the games. The house has so much room to roam and was equipped with everything one would need. The beach was beautiful and so was the weather. The on site management stopped by often to make sure we were happy. Can’t wait to come back in 2024! Thank you for the memories!

The house was a perfect location and big enough for all 17 of us. The owers were great and very response to any questions or problems that we had. Loved the game room and the beach setup. Would definitely book again.

The was perfect for my family. There was plenty of room. The kitchen worked out perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and big. The game room was fantastic for all. The pool worked out after a day at the beach. The 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas provided worked out wonderful. It was only a short walk to the beach. Plus our beach was private. Excellent.
