Beautiful remodeled two bedroom, two bath condo with all new furniture. New updated kitchen and baths. King bed in master bedroom and queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Laundry on site. Screened in Lanai with Table and chairs for 4 people. Kitchen fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker and Mr. Coffee Pot, blender, crockpot, toaster, pots and pans and all your cooking utensils needed. Beach towels and can coozies. Startup pack with dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The condo is also a pay it forward so some supplies may be there from past guests. ADULTS ONLY!

I fell in love the minute I walked into the condo with the realtor! It was the view! From the minute you walk in the door, you can see the pool, the beach and the Gulf! It is an amazing view and I am confident that you will be as amazed as I was. It gets me every time I walk in, it just gives me that peaceful, serenity feeeling! What better way to start your day than with breakfast on the screened in lanai! The lanai is so relaxing to sit and read or to just sit! It is the best view of the sunset!

Across the Bridge at The Shrimp Dock, they have Dueling Pianos on Friday and Saturday night and Karoke on Thursday nights, (call first to be sure it still is going on). Lover's Key State Park, kayaking, hiking or bring your lunch and take a trolley ride back to a private beach and have a picnic. Bowditch Park, at the end of the island, has walking paths to hike the park. Dolphin Cruise or a Sunset Cruise.
This condo is within walking distance to Time Square where there is shopping, bars and restaurants. Diamond Head Resort is close and has a beach bar & grill, Cabanas and Coste, a fine dining restaurant.

My two grown daughters and I spent a week at Sue's place for a "ladies only" trip. The condo had everything we needed, and we had an awesome week. The weather cooperated (normal Florida summer heat, but sunny every day and a great Gulf breeze), we ate in for breakfast and lunch, but out for dinner, and spent lots of time both on the beach and in the pool. I've been to the area many times but hadn't eaten at Matanzas on the Bay, and I recommend it. We also enjoyed appetizers at Nervous Nellies, and of course, my favorite ice cream at Truly Scrumptious in the Santini Plaza. Thanks to Sue for offering a unit with a beautiful view that we felt very comfortable in.

We loved it, the condo was very nice and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful.We loved the pool and hot tub.. The condo is in a perfect area on Ft Myers beach, close to restaurants and Publix right down the street, couldn’t ask for anymore. Hopefully we can return next year..

Opened the door and could not believe the view. One step in and saw the pool, beach,The Gulf. What a view. Had a great time and the condo was better than any condo I have been in. We could not have asked for a better location for our 20th wedding anniversary!First, Ms. Sue is extremely hands on and very accommodating. So thankful for her kindness and timely responses. Secondly, this is the perfect place if you want serenity, quiet and amazing access to a beautiful pool and even more beautiful beach. The sand is like walking on powdered sugar! It’s clean, quiet and just what we were looking for. Additionally, there’s a FREE transportation stop right out in front. Perfect way to get to Time Square where the nightlife is.Our favorite breakfast was rooftop at Lani Kai and our favorite dinner & drinks spot was Nervous Nellies. Looking for a more elegant dinner? Fresh Catch Bistro was delicious for our anniversary dinner.The condo has everything you need! We added a new fishing pole and a bait bucket, 6ft. beach umbrella, plus more sunscreen & tanning spray. Our recommendation would be to have a small plastic cooler to take to the beach and maybe two taller beach chairs. The two that are here work well, just little hard to get out of

My father has stayed in this condo in the month of March for over 25 years and we wanted to join him for a week. The owner, Sue, was so easy to work with and her condo was beautiful. Fabulous view of the pool and beach from sun up to sun down. Location was walking distance to just about everything. The kitchen is completely stocked with every tool you'll need. We would love to return one day!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Comfortable beds, gorgeous views, well supplied kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs and more! Previous guests left sunscreen in closet and we added to supply (can't take on plane). Also "paid it forward" with paper products we had left at the end of the week. Many yummy places to eat close by. LOVED having view of beach from pool (rare find)! Only thing we wished for was a small cooler to take to beach. Sue was great to deal with and we got our full deposit back in a timely manner.

We spent two weeks in this updated, clean, and well appointed 2nd story condo. The view of the beach and pool was great and the condo itself was very comfortable. Furniture and appliances were new or in good condition and most any kitchen appliances needed is there. The complex itself is well maintained. Having stayed further south down the beach in the past, we can say that this condo being fairly close to Times Square is a real plus as far as avoiding the traffic back up. Thanks, Sue!

We've started an annual escape from our Pa. home to Ft Myers Beach every Nov. And while u can't control mother nature, (it stormed this year a few days) You can't go wrong with this condo. Quite spiffy, updated, and immaculate. Well furnished for us and most everything we needed for our stay. We have found the EBC as a great overall destination for location, amenities, beach access and a relaxing, peaceful setting. Thanks to Sue for checking on us that week and being responsive to our inquiries pre-trip. Thanks to Ft Myers for being open for business for our needed escape! VIVA EBC!!!

Spent a week in this very nice condo right off the beach! Great views, perfectly located pool overlooking the beach and gulf. The condo is updated, clean with new furniture and has most everything needed for cooking meals if you choose. A couple minute drive to restaurants and entertainment too! Great place to visit, we will be back!
