This impressive unit is one of the sought-after locations within the community with easy access to a private beach gate and one of the community pools. It has been beautifully renovated and updated with great attention to every detail! The residence boasts generously sized rooms, a wonderful split floor plan, a bedroom and full bath on opposite sides, an abundance of windows, and volume ceilings. All main living areas and master suite have wonderful lake views with the water feature, which is lit at night. It also features a wine and coffee bar, over-sized walk-in shower in master bath, large tile on the diagonal though out the living area , white oak floors in bedrooms, electric shutters on the lanai, multiple smart TVs with surround sound in main living area.
We use a professional cleaning service to help our guests stay safe and healthy along with some sparkle! An enhanced clean process is performed which includes a Ten Point high touch surface disinfecting of doorknobs, handles, light switches, remote controls, appliance and cabinet handles.
The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo comes fully equipped, even with a full size washer and dryer. All you need is your personal luggage.
There is a strict no pets, no RVs, motorcycles, or trucks policy permitted on the property. Please note that the condo is subject to the completion of a Beachwalk rental agreement, a Beachwalk Home Owners Association (BHOA) application and a BHOA approval . BHOA application approval requires 20 days and no rental is finalized until received.

John and R.Perfect accommodation in outstanding location
The owners, Wayne and Dolores were super, highly organized, responsive, and easy to work with. They had outstanding communication skills and displayed friendliness in all our dealings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in February and March. You couldn't ask for a better location, close to Vanderbilt Beach, grocery stores are walking distance (Whole Foods and Publix), easy walk to restaurants, movie theater, and pharmacies. The condo has everything you would possibly need with a peaceful look over the pond where many birds would entertain us for hours. The Beachwalk complex has great tennis courts, two splendid pools, and beautiful grounds for walking or bicycle riding. The many fine restaurants on 5th Avenue are an easy car ride and we enjoyed several professional shows at Artis Naples. We highly recommend this condo for your Naples stay and we look forward to renting from Wayne and Dolores in the future.

This unit has everything! Great location: you can walk to the beach and are short distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Good spot in the complex: right by on of the pools and the beach gate. Clean and comfy unit: beautifully kept up and decorated, and a nice view of the pond’s water feature. Friendly owners. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our month in this condo in the gated Beachwalk community. The accommodation is well appointed and attractive, communication with the owners and the property manager was prompt and easy - in short, everything was great. The condo is a short walk to Vanderbilt beach which was miraculously cleaned after hurricane Ian and the Beachwalk property was pristine and beautiful. All amenities are very close by with the lovely Mercato shopping village minutes away as well as Publix grocery and pretty much anything else you might want. It was a perfect combination of beautiful, private surroundings, convenient location and easy beach access.

We had a wonderful month exploring all that Naples has to offer. The location could not have been better, close proximity to the beaches, shopping, restaurants and live entertainment. The condo is well equipped and the amenities at Beachwalk were perfect for our needs. The residents of Beachwalk are very friendly, we enjoyed walking and cycling the property as well as relaxing by the pool. Wayne and Dolores were very friendly and informative to work with.
