Why this property? We have owned property in Pelican Bay since 2003. The area with its amenities is clearly unique - everything you need is right here. Chairs and umbrellas provided for you on the beaches, shopping centers and supermarkets nearby, boating in nearby Fort Myers or Naples. This development is unmatched and offers the perfect southern home.

This condo is as beautiful as the pictures suggest, which is not always the case. It is open and airy and is beautifully decorated.It is super well stocked and has everything you need for a fabulous vacation. San Marino is a small community with a lovely pool and friendly people. The path to the beach is a short walk and it is only a few minutes to the tram and the beach. Chris the owner is very agreeable and was always quick to answer any questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and hope to rent again in the future.
