Unit 465 at White Sands is a marvelous and roomy four-bedroom, three-bath town home.

Your beach experience begins with the lovely traditional furnishings and simple flow between living, dining and kitchen. The living area provides seating with a sleeper sofa and chairs and flat screen television. Elegant dining is achieved with seating for six in the dining area. The modernized kitchen offers easy access for cooking with updated appliances, cabinetry, granite counter tops and breakfast bar seating for six. An outdoor Gulf view balcony extends your living space with additional seating.

One of four bedrooms is on the main level, and furnished with a king bed and shared bathroom. The upper level offers Bedroom 2 with a queen bed and Sound views. Bedroom 4 is furnished with full over full bunk beds, twin trundles and inviting cloud-like bedding. The Gulf side master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, designed in relaxing modern tones and a flat screen television. The master bedroom experience is completed with a private master bath, and private outdoor balcony.

We loved the Treehouse property. It has a great location. So close to the beach. The restaurants and bars are nearby, as well. The property management was fantastic to work with. Always keeping me in the loop, and ready to respond to any of my needs. We look forward to returning again!

Tree House was the perfect house for us and our dog. Location is great for walking to lunch or happy hour and it’s right across the street from the beach. There are a lot of stairs which reminded us we’re not in good shape. We read previous reviews and bought a set of stair treads for $30 so our dog could handle the hardwood without slipping (next year we’ll bring 2 sets). Also did a little fence repair so dog couldn’t get out. It’s a little dated but we like that and it’s fun to look at the gigantic houses across the street while drinking margaritas on the deck and wondering how anyone can afford them. Maybe not the perfect house for everyone but it was for us and we already booked again for next year.

This house is in the perfect location. Very quiet area, and a very short walk across the street to the beach. Our two young children really enjoyed exploring the unique house. Fully furnished, even with cooking utensils. Rental company was very pleasant to work with and did not interrupt our vacation once. Directions for checking out are printed out for you and are very clear. The only thing that I can see that needs attention is the privacy fence. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the house. It was clean and super easy to keep clean during our stay. You could hear the ocean from the house and you could see it out of almost every window. Just a hop skip and jump and you were on the beach.
