Great 3 bedroom/2 bath home just across the street from the beach and Gulf! Sleeps 10, with king in master, queen in 2nd bedroom, futon and bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom, and sleeper sofa in the living room.
Over 1500 sq ft of deck space on 4 decks, each with water views. House is on pilings with storage room and covered space under house. Main floor consists of an open concept living/dining/kitchen (kitchen has Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers), a full bath, laundry, and the master bedroom with large walk-in closet. There are two covered decks off of the main living area with gulf and sound views.
Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. Each bedroom has French doors leading out to a deck with gulf and sound views. At the top of the stairs, there is yet another large open deck with gulf and sound views. Bunk room has a mini-refrigerator, sink and Keurig coffee maker

Cancellations outside of 60 days of arrival will result in a full refund, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations inside of 60 days of arrival forfeit any monies paid on the reservation.
