Great electrical heatable pool that offers views over open landscapes and the canal. To protect our little guests, the pool area can be separated from the Lanai by an optional safety fence.
Each and every evening will be a very special experience at Villa Royal's paradise. The great lounge with sun roof on the sun deck to relax, comfortable sun loungers, beach chairs to put into the low water zone in the pool to sunbath...an outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge for the perfect juicy American BBQ. What else do you need?
The open and spacious kitchen is the center of the livingroom. Enjoy the view ove rthe pool onto the canal while preparing dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your perfect holiday. Nespresso-coffee machine available, don't forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!
A great couch and a huge 55" flatscreen TV in the livingroom for cozy evenings. Netflix-app available (login with own account).
4 bedrooms with kingsize-beds for up to 8 guests. Masterbedroom and Junior bedroom with access to the pool area. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and there's a fifth bathroom available for guests. The masterbathroom has a huge corner bathtub and a wonderful walk in shower. Each bedroom has an own flatscreen TV.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.

Cancellation fee:
- Free cancellation up to 180 days before the beginning of the rental period;
- admin fee 7 or more days after booking: 3 % of total rental cost with a maximum of $250/€200
- 35 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 180 to 60 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 50 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made 60 to 30 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 100 % of the total rental cost if a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period

The house is beautiful, large and comfortable. The view is exceptional and it is very quiet and private. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Foosball table, electronic darts, hot tub, pool and outdoor TV were a big hit with everyone.That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved.There is no dock, but there is a link to reserve a boat. Having booked with intervillas in the past and always having had houses with docks, it never occurred to us that there wouldn't be one. So we reserved a boat to be delivered to the house. When we realized that there was no dock and we would have to put all 6 guests in the car and drive 40 minutes to the boat dock every time we wanted to use it, we cancelled. They gave us a voucher, but we woud never have rented a boat if we had known that there wasn't a dock. The vertical blinds in both bedrooms that face the pool area are broken and don't close properly. They are also missing several slats in each room. So folks in the hot tub at 10 PM can see right into the bedrooms of those getting ready for bed. The grill flame covers were crumbling. The internet is very slow and you are not permitted to stream any video.The blinds and grill were pointed out to the property manager, and will hopefully be repaired in the near future. There isn't much they can do about the internet, but guests should be advised before they arrive. And the link to the boat should either be taken out or noted that there is no dock. All in all, it is a great house and we will hopefully return in the future. Everyone in our group had a great time, and my grandson said it was the most fun he had ever had in his life!
