As Fort Myers Beach is continuing the healing process, we are looking forward to Estero Beach Club being able to reopen by November 2025. EBC did take a very hard hit, wiping out all of our first floor condos. Most of the complex is in the finishing touches. We are still waiting on permits for the pool, but all of the material is there, so as soon as we get the approval, it will be started, with expected completion by February 2026.
Bob's Beachhouse is a main floor condo, so easy access out the lanai to the pool and the beach. We are a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, with the master having a walk in closet and private bathroom.
Bob's Beachhouse comes completely appointed with all of the essential kitchen items, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and all of the other utensils needed to prepare a meal. It comes complete with bath towels, beach towels and all of the sheets and pillows. Our goal if for you to bring your personal items and move right in for a carefree stay on the beach!
We have been able to get the condo furnished, but still need to do those finishing touches. So the pictures we have listed are all of the new, but we are still working on decorations and final touches.
There are some outdoor pictures included that are Pre-Ian, as the landscapers is still working on bringing back our wonderful grounds. But it will be just as gorgeous as ever!

By being a main floor unit, your moving in and out of the condo is so much simpler. You can literally park right at the front door of the unit and do all of your loading and unloading of your of your car. You then have a reserved parking spot to park your car.

The Estero Beach Club has the best location on Fort Myers Beach. It is one mile South of the pier and Times Square area (that is what you see coming over the bridge onto the island - turn LEFT off the bridge). There are many restaurants and shops at Times Square as well as nearby beach activities. It's a nice walk to the area, especially when sundown approaches.

The beach is quite safe because there is normally not an undertow and the sugar white sand is perfect for long walks. The Bay Oaks Park is diagonally across the street and has an adult lap pool with a tall spiral slide and a great mini "water park kiddie pool. The park also has baseball diamonds, tennis courts and a gym. There are also picnic tables. Publix Supermarket is about 1 mile South (turn right out of the parking lot). The Beach Library is two blocks South and loans DVDs and CDs as well as books

Thomas Edison had a laboratory and Winter home in Fort Myers. Henry Ford's Winter home was next door to Edison's place. There is also a museum there and these places are easy to find - it's a "straight shot" in to Fort Myers (about 15 miles). The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins have Spring training in Fort Myers.

The trolley stops right out front, so nothing on the island is really very far away.
