When we were searching for our dream home in Florida we specifically made an unobstructed view as our number one priority.
(Almost) nothing is more relaxing than a waterview. Add the jumping fish and the ospreys circling above the house and you have the perfect moment.

A large, south facing lanai area offers sunny and shady spots all day. Enjoy your meals in the covered lanai-area offering enough space for up to 6 guests.
The whole pool area is surrounded by a new "screen" (installed 2023) with 2 panoramic windows, which lets you enjoy the relaxing atmosphere without worrying about mosquitos or other bugs.
This house is privately owned. Our property managers will take care of you during your stay.

This is a privately owned house.
We'd love to welcome you as our guests, but before you inquire:
Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.
Minimum age to rent our house is 27.
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (including a max. number of 4 adults)
Prices valid for 2 guests.
2 children up to the age of 6 stay free.
All other additional guests: $20 per night per guest (plus tax, see below).
The (mandatory) Service Fee includes Cleaning Fee and Check-In/Check-out by our property managers.
11.5 % Tax will be added to the weekly rate and cleaning fee. It´s not included in the rates shown above.

This property is true to its description. It was perfect for us- the view, the communication, the pool, furnishings, the dishes even all matched! What? We have rented several homes in the area but this home was the cleanest by far. We loved watching the gators and the mullets in the canal. We stayed almost 2 weeks and loved it. There were lights on, music and a welcome bottle of wine- nice touch!

Philip K.Sunny Haven was the best Florida vacation home we have ever rented.
We have stayed in four different Cape Coral homes during the last ten years. Sunny Haven was the best of all of them. The location was very convenient to all the things Cape Coral has to offer, and the home is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The home is furnished and decorated quite nicely without being cluttering. It has all the things we needed during our stay. The check in was efficient and the home was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Our communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent. All in all, this home has it all. But the best part is the southern view from the pool area of the intersecting canals along with the fun of watching the boat traffic go by. We are planning to rent this home every time we vacation in Cape Coral.

When we first arrived at Villa Sunny Haven, we were so overjoyed and excited as well as in awe of the beauty and location of the home. As time went on, we grew a connection and became very fond of the house and it’s thought out details in each bedroom. From the beautiful view, to the comfort...we couldn’t ask for more.It was not easy for us to leave as it felt like our own home. Most definitely recommend to other families.

We loved our 2 week stay at the Sunny Villa in Cape Coral. We have stayed at several locations in the Cape Coral area and this was by far our favorite. From the time we walked in the door we could tell this home was not just a rental house but someones actual home away from home. The home is very nicely decorated, very clean and very well maintained. The canal view from the pool is beautiful and relaxing. Fishing off the dock and the fishing junping in the evenings in the canal is a relaxing bonus. With the southern exposure you have sun all day at the pool. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood for walking located not far from restraunts and shoppjng. Communication with the manager Sylvia and the owner Maik, was pleasant and easy. Thank you for sharing your lovely Villa. We will be back.

Villa Sunny Haven was the perfect place for our time away. The location of the house on the canal provided a serene escape from our busy schedules and relaxing by the pool on the lanai provided a peaceful respite for mind and body. The home is spacious and the location is convenient to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The kitchen was well stocked so it was easy to cook many of our meals in. It was nice for our extended stay to have a washer and dryer. All the appliances were nice and in good working order. The owners were so easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and needs. We’d definitely stay here again and hope we can again soon.

Enjoyed a very comfortable 2 week stay over Christmas and New Year. The villa was spotlessly clean and is very well equipped. Everything you need in the kitchen - neatly organised. No clutter- just a few tasteful decorations ( such a blessing - why are so many other vacation homes filled with their owners tat?! None of that nonsense here
