We very much enjoyed our stay at 40 Seagate. The property was as advertised. The balcony/terrace has a very nice view of the well-manicured grounds, the pool and the Gulf. The beach is a short walk past the mangrove vegetation and is endless. The sunsets are beautiful. Everyone, and everything, just stops to watch the last remains of the day where the colors burst as the sun slowly sinks into next day while water casts a mirror image. Make it a part of your day.

What a fabulous two weeks in Naples Fla at this amazing condo on the beach! Everything was perfect and the unit was very well equipped, right down to the beach wagon with umbrella, beach chairs, and more! The view from the covered balcony was also fabulous, overlooking the pool and the ocean...just perfect!

If you plan a vacation in Naples this rental is perfect. Stocked with everything you need and then some. Great host, Kevin responds within minutes to answer any questions. It’s located on the beach so you can walk from your room to the pool, hot tub or beach easily. Because of its location, sunsets from the balcony are amazing. Shopping for anything is within 15-20 mins from the condo. We stayed for 10 days and plan on staying for 2 weeks next year.

This second floor condo has an amazing view overlooking both the pool and the Gulf from the large lanai! The kitchen is well stocked, the owner includes everything you need to spend a day at the beach, and the layout is perfect! The location couldn't be better! It is an easy walk to shopping and dining at the Village on Venetian Bay! It's definitely a wonderful place to stay in Naples!

What a beautiful place to vacation! The condo was impeccably clean, well appointed, comfortable and included all that you would need and more for a fantastic beachfront stay! The view from the spacious balcony is just incredible, especially at sunset. The landscape and grounds are gorgeously maintained. It’s a quick walk to the beach on a private path and the pool and hot tub are just an elevator ride away. It’s the perfect place to enjoy Naples! I highly recommend and hope to return soon!

This condo has all you may need to enjoy vacation in Florida. Very clean, well equipped and sleep comfort like home! The mattresses are increadibly comfy, quite unlike many rental homes we have stayed at before. The balcony is beautiful, the views! Wow! We have watched some most spectacular sunsets from it! We were a bit concerned going there seeing condo number 202: will we really have any view from the second floor? Oh! yes! it feels more like a 4 th floor and the view is fantastic! Pool, beach, salty gulf water, very warm! We had a perfect rest and plan to rent it again asap! Thank you !!!!! P.S. If were to add anything in the condo it would be a dimmer for the dining table light. It is quite intense.

We booked this condo as their were very few places available during the holidays to fit our family of 6. The condo was very comfortable and pool and beach were so close and easy to access. Perfect low-key vacation. We would walk to restaurants which is a nice view past all the boats. Condo was a little dated but was well-stocked with necessities.

Naples is a great place to visit, especially when you can stay in a nice place like this. Erin's condo was so clean and comfortable! Nicely decorated and well equipped. It has a beautiful view of the gulf and is literally seconds to a gorgeous beach. Erin is so friendly and checking in and out was a breeze! Fabulous stay!

We had such wonderful two weeks in this beautiful apartment.
