We rented in Casa Marina Phi and Marilyn were great host. It very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on balcony in the morning, pool across the street and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We hope to visit again. Highly recommend this condo.

The condo was everything as the ad said. It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals. Loved the balcony. Everyday saw dolphins and manatees. The owners were great to work with. We enjoyed our stay.

This unit was (as they say) "as good as advertised". Unit was spacious and windows on three sides provided abundant natural light. Grounds were well kept, and the pool was wonderful, i.e., just the right temperature. Most importantly, the people we met were all very friendly. As a special bonus, we could often watch a couple of dolphins in the channel below our spacious lanai on a regular basis. Easy walk to the beach and to a new strip mall which had an ice cream shop and a liquor store. What more could a person want?

We stayed for 2 weeks and it is a great location, with easy access to beaches and local restaurants and attractions. Condo was clean and well equipped. Beautiful views of the canal and bay from the balcony. Owners were responsive to any questions or issues. Would definitely stay again!

Those dates were suppose to be our vacation. We were there for Helene,and flew home Tues before we had the last flight out. No electric and no wifi after the helene. Evacuated for Milton. Crazy time. The condo was great. Pool Was great Could not do the beac h. Mike M.Relaxing stay in Fort Myers Beach
My wife and I spent 15 nights in this roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor condo. The complex is still undergoing repairs from the 2022 hurricane, but this unit is in good shape. The balcony overlooks a canal for boat slips, and each day we had dolphins swimming within 30 feet of us. The washer/dryer are located on the balcony in an alcove, and were very useful to us. Aside from minor issues with blinds, we had no problems and were in communication with Marilyn and Phil when we had questions throughout our stay.The kitchen is well equipped, and the den has a nice TV with YouTube TV. the unit is older, and not flashy, but is clean and comfortable. We will stay here again the next time we come to Fort Myers Beach.

Condo was wonderful, contact and communication with host was terrible. It’s been 14 days still have not received deposit back, condo owners will not respond and website is doing absolutely nothing to help. There is a reason people choose Airb&b. We will be going back to Airb&b, just my opinion but run!!

We have stayed in a lot of different rentals over the years and this one checked all the boxes. It has a large living area and balcony, comfortable sleeping, and beautiful view. Neighbors were very pleasant and this is located close to the beach, shopping, and dining. We will rent here again! The owner is very pleasant and nice to work with. Thanks Phil! We really enjoyed our time here!

Our condo was very spacious and clean. About a 12 minute walk to the ocean but lots of sea life in the nearby canal. This area is not too crowded by tourists and traffic but you can get to it if that's what you like. Excellent stay!
