Very clean. Guest service was very good. No internet password posted in villa so no tv or phone service for 2 hours till we could get ahold of owner. Also was suppose to provide at least 1 roll off toilet paper and garbage bag on arrival. Make sure you bring your own.

If your stay is within 35 days (5 weeks) of arrival:
The COMPLETE TOTAL must be paid when you reserve the home online and ONLY with credit card (Visa/MasterCard ONLY accepted).
Check and money orders are NOT ACCEPTED for stays within 35 days.
There is NO REFUND for cancellations within 35 days.
If your stay is over 35 days (5 weeks) away:
There is a $200 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT due when you reserve the home online and it is applied toward the total.
The remaining BALANCE is due 35 days prior to arrival and you can make payments up until that date.
Check and money orders are only accepted from US banks and must be in US dollars.
Credit card (we ONLY accept Visa/MasterCard) and credit card payments are charged an additional fee.
If you cancel outside of 35 days before arrival then there is a $200 administration fee. If you cancel within 35 days before arrival then your stay is non-refundable.
All our homes are EXECUTIVE homes. The EXECUTIVE homes have all the extra amenities include at no additional charge . All linens, towels and washcloths are provided. Fully equipped kitchens with all the modern conveniences (microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with icemaker, etc.), dishes, cookware, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, toaster.
The initial setup includes – toilet tissue in each bathroom, paper towels, a trash can liner, and small bars of soap for the baths. After you arrive, you will need to shop for the above supplies to last for your entire stay. You will also need to bring beach towels for the pool area.
Baby items and BBQ grills will need to be brought, purchased, or rented from a third-party.
