I like to thank Ellie Penaranda the broker for the amazing service. She is prompt in response and finding vacation properties for me and my family. I also like to thank the property owners for the beautiful home equity with everything you need when vacationing and renting a vacation property. We felt like we were at home. We had all the amenities needed. The property was clean, modern and appliances up to date. The outdoor was gorgeous and we enjoyed cooking and swimming in the well maintained pool.

This was our second year renting Second Wind, and we love this home. It is tastefully decorated and roomy. The heated pool is an added bonus, not to mention the location is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and many other amenities. Ellie and Tim took wonderful care of us. When we had an issue with the master bath, it was addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this property and Steps to the Beach Rentals!

If cancellation is received in writing 90 or more days before occupancy we will immediately refund 100% of any money collected. Less than 90 days, we will immediately market the property and will do our best to find another tenant to take over the dates of your reservation. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $750 cancellation/ re-processing fee.
