We had a fantastic stay! The location is ideal — nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood yet close enough to walk to local shops and restaurants if you're feeling adventurous. One of the standout perks is access to the Park Shore private beach, which felt like a hidden gem and made our trip extra special.The home itself is lovely: well-maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with all the essentials you could need. From cozy linens to a fully equipped kitchen, everything was in place to make us feel right at home. We especially appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a touch of luxury and convenience.

This home is in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood, just a couple of minuets away from private beach. Great covered pool area at the house as well! Located near everything you need; restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area, conveniently located close to everything. Shopping, Dining, Entertainment. Access to the Park Shore Private Beach is so convenient as well. We loved the back patio area with screened in private pool and hot tub overlooking a small lake. This home has everything you need to have a great vacation.Will definitely be back!

We rented the house two weeks from end June to beginning of July, and it was a very good experience. The house is well located in a nice and calm neighbourhood and has a high standard. It it well equipped and updated - it has everything you need.Free access to a private beach just a few miles away (5-10 min drive).We can highly recommend renting this property.

Beautiful home in desirable Park Shore community within walking distance of private beaches, restaurants, grocery store & shopping. The pool was private and heated for use all day and into the evening. A great choice for vacation stay.

The owners keep this property in outstanding condition. The views from the pool area are peaceful and beautiful.Park Shore is one of the nicest areas in Naples and convenient to everything. You can walk or drive to all the interesting areas including the beach. I highly recommend and you won't be disappointed.

This home is better than pic`s show. It has upscale everything from Stove, Oven, Fridge, Beds, and even the pool being bigger and deeper than most in Naples. It comes with a beach pass that is so worth it. Location is about as good as you can get. Fresh Market, Publix, 2 to 3 miles to Costco and the best restaurants around Naples. A favorite of mine and locals is Swann River. I just loved this place and have rented house for 3 months in Winter for 7 years and this was overall best one. Thanks again, Nello
