Lovely

The sides by sided houses were very nice, clean and lovely. Had everything you needed very well accommodated. Our whole family enjoyed this vacation and they are very excited to go back next year.

The size of the properties was adiquate. The furniture was very old and dirty and needs to be replaced. The properties were cleaned o. The surface however it was filthy . There was old pizza in the cabinets and the dishes had to be washed. The sheets looked like they had not been washed between renters. On a good note the pools were good and the heaters worked great. I was not impressed with these properties and unless they were cleaned better and had newer furniture, I would not recommend to anyone.

Private, pet-friendly home!

Ann is a wonderful host to work with! Her timely and thorough communication was much appreciated as we planned every aspect of our trip. The pool at this home was larger than most and my kids really enjoyed it. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 in this 5 bed house, and one of the unique things about this property compared to others was the space in the backyard where the kids could play soccer and our pup could run around and get exercise! The neighborhood is quiet so you can truly unwind here.

Great Value!

Our family stayed the week of November and had a wonderful time. The houses are close to dining and shopping and a short drive from the Disney Parks. Both houses have a great layout for larger groups. The owners were great to work with.

Perfect home for a large family!

My husband and I brought our children and mothers to Disney World. We had 9 people in our party. The house was spacious and comfortable for all of us. Having 3 bathrooms was a blessing. We paid to have the pool heated so we could swim at night after our days at the parks, but Orlando had an abnormal cold snap while we were there and we only swam the first 2 nights of our stay. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a Walmart literally 2 miles away, which was wonderful. We were only about 20 minutes from Disney if we caught the traffic right. The kids really enjoyed the game room. I don't think we ever even turned on a television. I would recommend bringing extra towels, but other than that, the house was perfect. The washer and dryer were also very convenient and we used them almost every day!

Nice clean home, good neighborhood, enjoyable pool for relaxing

We stayed a month and enjoyed the comforts of a home. Everything we needed was provided. Enjoyed the heated pool very much. Neighborhood was quiet and it is close to the Disney parks. Would definitely stay again.

Family Christmas Getaway

We were very pleased with our rental from Ann and Gary. Our family was planning a family Disney trip and less than a month before, we found out that we needed a place that was pet friendly. Ann was great to deal with even among my email issues. The villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The three bathrooms were a great asset for us. We had room in abundance for our family. We kept our dogs crated when we were away but the back yard area and neighborhood was great for walking. The location was very convenient to get to all of the Disney parks, Universal and Sea World. We didn't utilize the heated pool option as we expected to not have free time after staying all day in the parks, but each morning and night found us wishing we would have! It is a must for our next visit. We visit the area 6-8 times a year and we look forward to our next stay! Thanks to Ann and Gary

Horrible

This is the home we originally wanted but they sent us to another location as a free upgrade and I laughed, yes it was in a great location to where we planned on going but the dishes had to be washed before we could even use them, the outdoor landing around the pool along with furniture wasnt up to par, we constantly had to trap and release huge cockroaches in the house and in the game room that the kids wouldnt even go out there and enjoy it. We left a sim card behind that we couldnt even get back unless we paid 20dollars plus shipping and handling although they claimed to have sent it but we never even received it. I will NEVER again get a home through villas4uflorida again!

Needs an overhaul

Needs a thorough cleaning, organizational plan and painting. Furniture could also use a cleaning as well as new rugs and bedding would make a fresher appearance. Kitchen sprayer did not work. Had to clean up the pool area as toys, pool equipment and chairs were strewn anywhere. Pool heater was not turned on which I had to pay extra for. Luckily the cleaning lady was able to help us in that area. We enjoyed the pool. Close enough to all the activities

2 Orlando Villas nextdoor to each other

I needed 2 villas nextdoor to each other for a large family gathering I was organising. I was relieved when all turned out as described online and the local Maintenance contact reacts very quickly to any requests. Both pools were lovely - we had them heated which was ideal for November. Everyone very much enjoyed their holiday !!
