The condo is in the East Beach Colony Resort tower, located directly gulf front on the sands of Navarre Beach. The Gulf Islands National Seashore (our beaches) was voted the Best Florida Attraction by USA TODAY readers. Our tower sits right on the beach so you can take in views down the beach, while the West Beach Colony tower sits back behind the pool and looks at the backs of the other buildings like ours. Step out onto the over-sized balcony or simply look out the window in any of the rooms to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf coast. One minute on the balcony during sunset and you will realize why you needed to come here. Many of the Beach Colony views in both towers are now obstructed by other buildings or sitting back behind the pool and getting views of the backs of the other buildings. This view is absolutely magnificent!
This upscale condo is a lovely decorated unit that sleeps 6 to 8 with luxury in mind. The living room is suited with wrap around windows and wall to wall sliding doors that provide a panoramic view of the gulf with both views to the east and the pier as well as the west and down the beach. The dining room is spacious and can comfortably seats six. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, a stocked spice rack, and all the pots, pans, tableware, etc., that you need to cook and entertain in style. There is a private and elegant master bedroom suite where a wall of sliding glass doors open to the beautiful views of the balcony. The bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and 39 inch TV.
The master bath/spa is the peak of luxury. The whirlpool bath and the beautiful walk-in-shower are surrounded by windows that once again provide an avenue to look out onto the awe-inspiring scenery. There is a spacious second bedroom with a queen bed, 40 inch LED TV, Blue Ray Player and full private bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 39 inch LED TV and another full private bathroom. This 15th floor unit also has a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.
This condo is equipped with free high-speed wireless internet and a 60 inch LED TV and Blue Ray player in in the living room. TVs, and Blue Rays/DVDs throughout the condo provide much opportunity to be entertained and the over-sized balcony is simply put the best spot on Navarre Beach to sit back and relax. We also have games and puzzles stored in the footstool/storage bin as well as many books, DVDs and CDs in the unit for guest unit. We provide the key to our storage unit right outside our door where we have beach chairs, umbrellas, and outdoor games for free guest use at the beach.
The Beach Colony pool is the largest pool on Navarre beach. Clay tennis courts are available for free guest use. The beaches are part of over 20 miles of federally protected uncrowded and unspoiled sugar white beaches.
At Beach Colony Resort you are only steps away from indulging in restaurants where dining is truly a unique beach experience, and a short drive from golfing, shopping, movies, fishing, diving, great entertainment, and everything else being at the beach has to offer. Exercise in the free fully equipped, air conditioned Beach Colony workout room or enjoy a bike ride along the miles of beach front trails that Navarre Beach has to offer. Vey clean and beautiful condo with a very amazing view from a large private deck. Beds are fine. Best to have no more than 6 people. Closet with chairs and umbrellas and toys very handy to take to gorgeous uncrowded beach. Need to be up early to find seashells in water. Sad that huge pool is freezing cold. Overall we would love to stay here again. Karen quick to communicate.

3B/3B 15C Beach Colony East was as advertised, Nice, Quiet and restful vacation. We had no issues and appreciated the clean unit. Everything was exactly as depicted to us. Close to all amenities, great sunrise and sunsets, close to the Navarre pier to walk to every night.

We loved it for our family of 6 - great condo, very clean and comfortable, would stay again in a heartbeat. Beds are very comfortable, furnishings are good, condo is well-stocked, beach and location are amazing. Easy in/out with the keypad door lock, beach closet with chairs and umbrellas (and some toys), great balcony with dining/seating, gated entry, covered parking, games and dvds. Condo could use dressers (drawers) in the bedrooms to make unpacking for a week easier and more convenient, some kitchen items could be updated (e.g. pans), but overall this is a great condo, and feels like the owner really takes care of this property (instead of just having it as a "rental"). Owner was easy to communicate with and work with. Very clean, and we felt like it was "home".

Absolutely no complaints. We stayed for 17 days in 15C of BCE. The owner, Karen, is great to work with and responds quickly. The balcony is huge, and you have both sunrise and sunset views. This unit is extremely comfortable. We don't really need three bedrooms but we love the layout and the sunrise and sunset views. This owner has another unit on the 17th floor that is also nice and has awesome sunrise views over the pier. We have stayed in both and noted how clean the units are. I have just a word of advice to those who may not have stayed in a high-rise condo before. Do not open the door to the unit while the sliding door to the balcony is open or vice-versa. It's pretty easy to avoid but I just happened to be coming up from the beach as hubby had gone out on the balcony. The wind is pretty intense. We love this place and are looking forward to being back in a few weeks!

We came for vacation 9/10-9/17/22. We had an amazing time! The condo is so roomy and comfortable with amazing views! We enjoyed the many extras that are in the condo like an extra ice maker, makeup remover cloths, and the beach stuff. We got to watch the dolphins play from the balcony every day. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows, relaxed decor, direct beach access, plenty of pots and pans, and extra ice maker. We appreciated the extra laundry baskets and coffee provided, too! And yes, you can really see the beach and Gulf from the shower! We also loved the chaise lounge by the beach-view window. Perfect for napping.

I don't know where to begin, but let's start with how Accommodating she was from booking process to checking-in to the condo. VIEWS FROM EVERY ANGLE IN THE CONDO AND THAT BALCONY VIEW WAS BREATH TAKING. Now let's get to the condo itself we had so much room/storage it was unbelievable every bedroom had a huge walkin closet and a window seat to send emails from ot read a book I called it my book nook. Board games for days, beds where very comfortable and plenty of cookware in the unit. Outside closet had everything from fishing poles to float, noodles and beach chairs. Take my word for this we will never stay anywhere else. Thank you Ms Karen for sharing your home with my family you are the best. One more thing the ice maker is a Big plus. I wish I could post pic's cuz I got some good ones.

This condo is extremely nice, excellent location and view is outstanding. Great place to get away and enjoy the beauty of the ocean with the family or couples as well. The owner really seems to worry about your comfort, while sharing their home with you. My wife and I have stayed there twice and look forward to our next visit.

The view from this unit is amazing. It’s almost 360 from the ocean to the inner harbor.There is so much room in the condo. Everything is stocked including the blender.I loved walking to the restaurant at lunch then walking back down the beach to sit and watch waves for extended period of time.

I apologize it has taken me so long to reply. We LOVED your condo and our stay there! It was fabulous. The condo was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and beautiful! We had never stayed in a high rise, (we usually get a house in North Carolina) but we are now huge fans of Navarre Beach and not afraid of the high rise experience any longer. The elevator was so quick! We were lucky and had perfect weather- just beautiful. We played games on your porch every night. We cooked in most nights and found the kitchen wonderfully equipped. The views were incredible. We especially loved the beach storage closet with awesome chairs and toys. We even “donated” the beach toys we acquired while there, hope you don’t mind. Thank you so much for renting to us and letting us stay past check out time on our last day. We appreciate everything and think it was a great value for our trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here this past week during our Spring Break. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and the closet of beach supplies was very helpful. It is a spacious condo which worked well for our family of 5. Location is close to the pier and the beach is incredible. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Faye M.The Best Vacation Spot This Side of Heaven!
There are so many things I could say about this spacious unit! It's my little piece of sanctuary where I go to regroup, recoup and recharge. The unit is super clean and has all the comforts of home and then some. Just bring a few pairs of shorts, T-shirts and flip-flops, your favorite food, the kitchen is fully equipped. And there is the convenience of restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, a zoo and many seasonal water attractions! The sunrises and sunsets can be witnessed from the comfort of the oceanview balcony. Colony East is smack dab in the middle of anything you want to do or experience...with Pensacola Beach to the left and Destin and Panama City to the right, there's no reason you can't please your whole party.
