All of our units that end in 4,5 & 6 are on the Gulf of Mexico side over looking the beach. These luxury 2 bedroom 2 bath condominiums are all individually privately owned vacation homes with 24 hour on-site management. All of our units are located in a secure, well kept building situated on the beautiful white sand beaches and clear tropical waters of the Gulf of Mexico. During your stay enjoy the heated pool, private beach access, shuffle board court, picnic tables and 3 gas barbeque grilles located in our commons area. We offer weekly & multiple week rentals. Our check in and check out day is Saturday. If your vacation is on days other than our Saturday to Saturday schedule, please call us directly. Check in time is 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am.

Our condominium building is located right on the beach with private access exclusively for our guests! We are a friendly 30 unit building with key entry and on-site management. We are 4 blocks from where the intercoastal waterway empties into the Gulf of Mexico. The village of John's Pass is a short walk away and offers great restaurants, interesting shops, deep sea fishing, dolphin tours and dinner cruises. We are close to several grocery stores and less than 15 minutes from the mall.
Your vacation spot is situated between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete on the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing sunsets and beautiful tropical water. Close to Bush Gardens Tampa, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and the Dali art museum. A very comfortable drive to Orlando is a great way to spend a day at attractions like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Legoland.

We stayed at Collwood 204 and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The view was spectacular and you can't beat the location. Within walking distance to John's Pass and 7 Eleven. We will be back!

The condo building is pretty old but has been updated as much as possible. Condo, grounds, and pool area was clean and well maintained. Minor plumbing issue was addressed promptly. On site management is a plus. Location is great if you want to walk to restaurants/shopping. Would stay there again.

The condos are very nice. Located close to Johns Pass. Ample and close parking and building very secure. Our unit 102 was very nice and had everything you needed. The managers John and Mary were great. It there was a problem it was fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this condo complex.

Beautiful condo on the beach. The building was secured and very clean. The property managers were extremely friendly and helpful. We have asked to come back next year if there is something available. Within walking distance to John's Pass. This is a excellent location for a vacation!

Ruth W.Great getaway on a lovely beach
This was a cute place we found at the last minute. Mary was great to work with to secure our reservation in time. I only book ocean front properties, and this did not disappoint. The view was direct and amazing. The property itself had a nice, casual feel, and the beach chairs that were provided were very much appreciated!! This unit was clean, and kitchen well equipped. I would only recommend changing some of the light bulbs to softer, incandescent lighting, rather than harsh florescent lighting in some of the fixtures. I would definitely return to Collwood 206!

William R.35th Anniversary Getaway
For our 35th anniversary we decided to visit Madeira Beach and escape the bitter Michigan winter for a week. We had a wonderful time, the condo was clean and the view from the balcony was AMAZING! John and Mary were very helpful and we appreciated having them on-site. We will definitely be back (and hopefully BEFORE our 40th)!

Robin S.Feb get away to maderia beach
Decided to go on a last min trip to maderia beach. We stayed at collwood, and it couldnt have been nicer. The bld manager "mary" was so helpful in getting our unit. She answered all of my questions and even held onto our luggage before our flight. The condo and bld was clean, had a great view of the beach, they even had chairs a available for the beach.. I have no complaints. We liked it so much we are going back in june! Robin scott

Last minute trip. Found this condo and it is everything it listed. Very secure. Parking was great. Everything clean. In a great location. It is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect. View the sunset from the balcony every day. Pool was clean and very nice. We hope to return.

PROS: On-site, friendly and helpful managers; Very clean and extremely well-kept facility, down to the pool restrooms; A lot of "extras" for guests (common area with grills, patio & picnic tables, porch swing, games, beach accessories like toys & chairs); Unit 501 very clean with everything you could think of available for guests to use, including beach accessories (towels, pop up beach tent, cooler, etc..); comfortable furniture & beds, dining table and barstools at the breakfast counter; flat screen TV's, cable and DVD players; large, full kitchen (it was great for cooking!) CONS: I don't live in a unit permanently. Seriously, nothing bad to say. We're already planning on returning next summer. My family took away some wonderful memories during our week at Collwood.

The condo location was close to John's Pass so that was awesome! The condo itself was perfect for our family. I think it needs a Little updating though. The living room could use a new living room suite and new carpet/tile. Overall, we would def stay there again. I give it 4 stars just for the view.
