Bay Village 113 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, air-conditioned waterfront condo that sleeps six. From the moment you arrive at the complex you will be enchanted by its location overlooking the beautiful mangrove lined Estero bay backwaters.

Take the stairs or the elevator to the first floor condo and as soon as you walk thru the entrance be ready to enjoy this unit and all of its comforts. Bay Village 113 has been designed to give you that comfortable beachy feel, from the white newly remodeled kitchen with its rustic flare to the large bright living room.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled including all stainless appliances and every amenity you could want or will need to prepare a full-course meal or just provide snacks for your family and friends. All you will need to add is food from the nearby Publix located just a mile away. Since there are plenty of storage cabinets for your food, you can make one trip to the store and you will be set for your entire stay.

As you pass the kitchen, you will see the tropical style dining room with seating for six, there is also a handy breakfast bar for seating for any additional quests.

Walk past the dining area and you will enter the bright open living area that is newly furnished with very comfortable new furniture were you can decide to gather with friends and watch the large flat screen TV or just kick back, distress and enjoy a cocktail while taking in the fabulous views out the large wall of windows.

After a full day of playing on the beach or just exploring all the island has to offer, the master bedroom will be so inviting. The master suite is decorated with a bright clean concept that just screams comfy beach. The luxurious king-sized bed will make you feel like a million bucks. Connected to the master you will find the en-suite, which features a large walk in shower and plenty of storage space for all you items. The master bedroom also has a TV for late night viewing and a beautiful view of the night sky out the large window.

You and your guests will be pleased with the second bedroom, which is outfitted with two twin beds, dresser and flat screen TV. Attached to the second bedroom is the guest en-suite bathroom with its own tub/shower. The entire group will appreciate the convenience of 2 bathrooms giving all guests the time required to get ready for an evening of fun exploring the beach's nightlife.

Other comforts of Bay Village 113 is a 5 minute walk to the sugar sand beach that Fort Myers Beach is known for. Free Wi-Fi throughout that will assist in setting up dinner reservations or a tee time. Washer and dryer located within the unit so you will be able to return home with clean belongings.

The beautiful grounds of Bay Village have lush tropical gardens, large heated private pool, gas grills and fishing docks. Trolley service runs the island all day and night so you will not have the remove your car from the covered parking spot. Additional features include shuffleboard, tennis courts and pickleball courts. Bay Village is a smoke and pet free home for those who suffer from allergies. Please note this condo has a two week minimum rental policy per condo association rules.
