The outdoor loving guest will enjoy a large private backyard, plenty of chaise lounges for sunbathing, lush landscaping, a private pool and outdoor wet bar area! Elevate your outdoor time by grilling up your lunch or dinner on the gas grill or relax with a drink in hand at one of the barstools under the pergola. This is one super fun cabana to serve up poolside snacks & refreshment!
Step inside and find a well appointed and airy living space, there's no reason to feel cramped in while you're on "island time." The spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances is the place for morning coffee, evening laughs, and cooking up the most delicious family meal. High end furnishings in the kitchen include granite countertops with large center island, high end appliances, and so much more. The main living den is perfect for family time and entertainment. Catch the big game or unwind for a movie night on plenty of comfy couch or loveseat space, all while soaking in the natural light flowing into the room from all sides.
"Crystal Waves" includes sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests. This home features 5 bright and spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and is the ideal size for medium sized family fun. The first floor features a lovely Master King Suite with plenty of vanity space, private marble tub and huge walk-in shower. The main living area also has a queen sleeper sofa for 2 to soak in the breezes from the pool and the sounds of the palm trees will lull you into peaceful sweet dreams. On the second floor, guests will find another 3 King Suites, all with private bathrooms and a bunk room perfect for the kids with 2 Twin/Full bunks. In the second floor seating area, the sleeper sofa is queen sized for 2 additional guests.
We're 100% sure this is the ideal spot for summer getaways to relax and unwind! Sip your wine or fuel up with coffee before the day on the gorgeous rooftop balcony, where only the best salty breezes are found!
"Crystal Waves" is a short and safe stroll to the world-famous white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This home also features a 6-passenger gas powered golf cart for guest use, pack up your beach gear and drive on over to the access!
You will fall in love with the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, known for its white picket fences and upscale cottage-style homes. The area is convenient to an outdoor shopping mall, a movie theater, countless restaurants, and shops, water park, go carts, and several world class golf courses, but still maintains a quiet and family-friendly beach atmosphere. No high-rise condos are allowed in this unique area.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

* This property can park 5-6 vehicles pending size, if you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**
* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
* All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families. Collage and student groups are NOT allowed.
* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*
* Beach Access: The beach access for this property is located at either Barracuda or Pompano Street access, a super short walk or ride on the golf cart just to the east or west of Cobia Street.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 90 days notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made outside of 90 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of the 1/3rd required at the time of booking, minus the cancellation fee of $399. If canceled within 90-60 days to arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the required 1/3rd made at the time of booking. Cancelations made 60 days or less to the date of arrival will result in a 100% forfeiture of all monies paid towards the reservation to include all taxes and fees. Beach Reunion reserves the right to charge the card on file if cancellations are made when the final payment has not yet been made. If canceled and payment was not received, Beach Reunion legally retains the right to seek remaining payment.
Check in time is 3pm central with check out time being 9am. 1 week prior to your arrival date, codes for the home and private beach gated access will be sent via email to you. This will also include the house rules and any other important information needed during your stay. While staying with us, we strongly encourage all guests to give us a call or contact us by email for any issues you have. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want to ensure a great stay.
If any issues are found upon check in, please notify the office immediately so we can rectify the situation promptly allowing your stay to be as uninterrupted as possible, Our office is open daily from 9am to 5pm central time. If an after hours emergency was to arise ( whole house power outage, codes not working, fire, major leaks) we do have an after hours number.
